Excellent location right next to train station. Decent room, extremely basic but functional. Service was mediocre at best and night counter staff was clearly racist.

Pretty nice!
Pro:
- The staff are really nice, they give so many information about restaurant or event on that day. (They even write the event name and time on the paper to let us know the information) , love the attitude
- room is big
- location is near to central station, and other public transport like tram, bus
Cons:
Location is a bit far away from the Vienna city centre, need to walk by 40 minutes to city centre (u can take public transport if u like)

The room design is modern, it’s 8-10 minutes walking distance to the main railway and 2 minutes to the bus/tram station. I really like about how considerate that you can enjoy warm feet in the washroom during cold days. The cons are the attitude for the receptions could be better and also no kettles and cups in the room unless requested.

整體還算可以，自助辦入住也不難。
預訂是2人但是衹有一個枕頭、一個被子，需要再去管工作人員要。
就是住了三天期間沒有打掃過一次房間，為環保不換毛巾可以理解，但是垃圾袋也一次都不給換，幸好我們自己帶了垃圾袋。

特地備註了遠離電梯，結果電梯上去第一間，選的兩人入住，結果進房間一個枕頭一條被子。還算好説了之後馬上就送來，房間裏也沒有聽到什麼電梯吵鬧的聲音。服務人員比較少，但效率不錯

地理位置挺不錯 離火車站步行即達 走路到美景宮也不遠 房間挺大的但不適合喜歡喝開水的國人（沒有燒水壺，也沒有冰箱）

除了有張床，有個被子，有一瓶能洗全身的沐浴露， 還有一個超大的浴室，其他啥也沒有，主打一個橋洞戰士風。離中央火車站橫穿馬路大概三分鐘，老實走路大概六分鐘。
