The staff was young and very kind and responsive. However, it was disappointing that the provided shampoo and body soap did not lather at all. It would have been better to bring it with me.

This hotel is very new, very suitable for young people to live in, a very fashionable and lively hotel. The overall decoration of the hotel is very tasteful, with hand-drawn maps of Vienna. There are also various magazines in the room with recommended tourist attractions in Vienna. There are also delicious local wafer biscuits. Everything from decoration to service is attentive. The hotel is a little far from the subway station, about 700 meters walk. If you don't mind this, you can choose it. There is a supermarket next to the hotel, which has a complete range of items and is not expensive, so it is very convenient.

床不大,好在不軟!洗澡沒有門,水弄的到處都是,設計的實在是奇怪又不合理!其他還好,隔音好,位置也不錯,門口的電車坐着很方便,超市也很近。

I stayed at this hotel twice in May and July 2024, and it has become the hotel that I'll stay in whenever I go to Vienna. This is such a unique place. It's not only clean, tranquil, nicely decorated, and in a great area, but the concept is beautiful. The garden is beautiful, and you can relax when you come back from busy days, quiet yet close to major attractions and the city center, and it is out. The area i very close to public transportation. The staff is great; they have been very helpful whenever I asked for help. The only thing that can be improved is the garden and kitchen closes early in summer at 10 am you have to leave the garden. The other thing is both times I stayed the breakfast had the same items, there could be more variety. Breads are freshly baked and superb, but a bit more variety in veggies and fruits would be great.

As a hotel run as a social enterprise it was absolutely fantastic. The staff are very welcoming and professional. The rooms are first class and kept neat and tidy. The bed was very comfortable which allowed for a good nights sleep. The breakfast provided was excellent and offered several choices. The building is also located near trams and other transportation to get you around the city. Fully recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vienna.

The hotel and the restaurant are beautiful, clean and functional. Besides, the renovation of the building, the criteria they used, the employees, the material, the art, the welcoming atmosphere, the chapel, make it a great example of a successfull business with a purpose.

Suzannah is one of the staff in the cafe, she is one of the nicest people you could meet. Not only is she kind and considerate, she is hardworking and efficient. I hope the management know what a gem they have in Suzannah. This hotel had a modern decor, the rooms were spacious with air conditioning. The staff were all pleasant. It was located near the metro and a tram stop. The breakfasts had a great variety of food. A great place to stay.

This is a great little hotel. The staff are fantastic. Genuinely warm and welcoming and will do anything they can to help make your stay that little bit more special. Most of the staff have very interesting back stories so please make sure you take the time to ask them how they came to be working at the hotel. A truly cosmopolitan mix! The location is on a quiet street slightly out of the centre. The metro station is only 10 mins up the road and it’s about a 10 min metro ride into the centre every 10-15 mins so easily accessible. As the public transport prices in Vienna are crazily cheap (€2.40 for a single trip or €5.80 for a day ticket), it makes it very cost effective being slightly out of the centre and not having to pay the crazy premiums for a city centre location! We had breakfast included, which I’d recommend. There was a varied selection available. Mainly based on a continental style menu, but they also include some other selections from various regions around the world. The coffee was self service from a machine, but was more than acceptable and did most types of coffee derivatives. We didn’t have any other meals so can’t comment? The room was a good size and obviously newly refurbished. A solid, but comfy mattress with a single pillow each. I’m sure you could have extra pillows if you needed one? Great roomy shower and the only gripe was the use of a combined hair and body gel. There was no conditioner so be aware if you don’t plan on bringing your own. On the whole, a cracking little hotel and a great concept with regards to staffing. It had a very family run feeling to it rather than the usual corporate style hotels you get these days. Book a stay today, you won’t regret it!!

Very friendly and helpful folks at reception, quiet and good sized room with a writing desk and a great shower. I stayed in a single room overlooking a lovely back garden, the decoration is of a simple elegance yet not austere. The breakfast buffet has beside the classical bread and muesli unusual items such as syrian semolina cake. The restaurant area is warm and lively and faces big windows giving out on UngarStrasse. The Museum fur Angewandte Kunst (MAK) and Cafe Pruckel are about 10 to 15 minutes walk away and most o the main sights can be reached walking.

Macht weiter so... TOP !!!
