The hotel is a 3-minute walk from the S-Bahn and U-Bahn stations. From there you can get directly to Karlsplatz, main train station, Schönbrunn Palace and Mariahilfer Straße The room we booked was a deluxe room but the room had the tilting windows we wanted, but not floor-high ones but small ones and our room was very small. The deluxe rooms face the inner courtyard and are quieter, but the view is not nice and so we changed to a superior room. Very large room, nice and bright and very clean. The breakfast was very good. Every day there is Prosecco, waffles and fresh juices to make yourself and an omelette of your choice. We would book the hotel again - but we would get a superior room!

The service was very good everywhere. Check-in and check-out were very fast and convenient. The floor-to-ceiling windows at the corner of the room were double-glazed. It was very quiet even in the inner city. The front desk, bar, breakfast room and cleaning staff were all very nice. I liked the fruit tea, small bread and smoked salmon in the breakfast. I usually bring earplugs. It is common to have a door between two rooms abroad. It was the same when I stayed in Sweden. This time, the neighbors saw someone coming back and the noise was very low. I brought earplugs and it didn't have any impact. No one was next door for the next few days. I heard from my colleagues in Vienna that the inner city was better, so I chose a hotel in the inner city. The location is near the Sisi Museum. After visiting Sisi, walk south. The route is good. Then go to the other direction to see Stephen's Cathedral and the Black Death Memorial Column. I have been to Vienna once before. I feel that the hotel I booked this time is obviously much better than the 4-star hotel last time. The service attitude is better than Haidilao. It deserves to be a 5-star hotel.

I really enjoyed staying here for a one night stay. It is out of town but easily accessible with the metro (U3 at a 10 minute walk), bus and tram right outside the hotel. The decor is retro but clean and some nice touches like a bottle of local water in the room. All of the staff I came across were very helpful as well. Overall no complaints at all would recommend for a trip to Vienna

I studied abroad in Vienna in 2009 for my MBA and this was my first trip back since. I selected the Hilton Vienna Park because of it's close proximity to public transport and also near parks and sights I enjoyed when I spent more extensive time in this wonderful city. The hotel itself is busy, but the rooms were upscale, modern and comfortable. The executive lounge is one of the best I've ever been in - great breakfast, great cocktail hour selections and a comfortable place to relax after long days of walking and sightseeing! The hotel is located right next to Wien Mitte so good accessibilty anywhere you need to go as this is a main station in Vienna. Enjoy - I highly recommend this hotel!

Great location. Literally less than 2 mins walk from the hotel to Wien’s main/central train station. Excellent services and super friendly and helpful staff. Stayed here for three nights and no problems with everything at the hotel.

Although the hotel was overbooked, Judy responded to our complain promptly, and not only upgraded our room, but also sent us a nice gift (sparkling wine). My wife and I were so impressed with her superb performance, great kindness, and professionalism. The hotel was so clean and has a fantastic location. I certainly would like to return, whenever in the magnificent Venice.

The front desk helped to check in was Madeleine, secretly recorded her name, she was too good, talking organized, super meticulous, super friendly, let me have a good first impression here. The price of the room is not low, the same price can live in a suite in China. The space is about 30 square meters. The shower space here is more spacious than Budapest. Good experiences: Very good location. 1 min from the Metro station. Supermarket in a distance of 30 seconds walk. Water and apple in the lobby as refreshment. Relatively affordable in Vienna. Bad experiences: Unstable water temperature during bathing. That made me just like travelling between hell and heaven for many times. They opened the window when I was out. Then I found insects when I came back. That was a bit disgusting and I need to spend time to deal with the insects. No telephone so I can’t seek help at once. The toilet flush wet the floor.
