Très décevant ! À ce prix-là, il vaut mieux opter pour une guesthouse où le service sera probablement meilleur. Le personnel ne parle pas anglais, ce qui complique la communication, et le service ne répond pas du tout aux standards d’un hôtel : la chambre n’a pas été faite, et le bruit est présent très tôt avec les gens qui parlent fort dans les couloirs, dès 6h du matin, sans respect pour le repos des clients.
La piscine, bien que ouverte 24h/24, est malheureusement mal entretenue. De plus, l’emplacement est très isolé, avec peu de commodités autour, et beaucoup trop éloigné du centre-ville. Je ne reviendrai pas et ne recommande pas cet endroit pour ceux qui cherchent calme et qualité de service.
