1. The staff is very good. Everything is good. 😍

1. The first night of the stay, the bathroom leaked out of the bathroom, causing the floor to flood. The staff sent a technician to fix it by applying grout along the edges to prevent water from leaking. After the repair, the water leaked back out as usual + it smelled like grout (can't move to another room because it's full🥹)
2. The bedroom made loud noises and other noises almost all the time.
3. Asked the staff to bring something to the room. The (new) staff knocked and opened the door, stuck his head in to look, didn't wait for the customer to open the door (notified the hotel, so the hotel gave us a free drink😊😊)

Vientiane is still backward compared to small and medium-sized cities in China, so you can have expectations. However, this hotel is next to Parkson Mall and shopping center, which is considered the downtown area of Vientiane. It takes about 20 minutes by taxi to the airport. The hotel staff is good and can speak English and Chinese. Breakfast can be ordered. The coffee and food are delicious. The external environment of the hotel is OK, but not as beautiful as in the photos. The room facilities are relatively old, but still clean. For reference!

The hotel went above and beyond for us when we stayed here.
We were visiting family in Vientiane and unfortunately our two children were ill and admitted to hospital just before our return flight home.
The hotel staff were so kind and accommodating, even allowing us to have a very late check out on our day of eventual departure.
We will definitely be back again.
