Location is great. easy accessible to many attraction. walking distance to night market and other famous food joint. Breakfast is offered with this hotel booking. Selection wise is not extensive but it is good enough. Personalised service is provided Room is clean and towel is repaced everyday.

The location is convenient, relatively clean, and the service is quite good. The overall feeling is very good. The breakfast is rich and the price/performance ratio is very high.

房間大，位置還可以，就在夜市旁邊。但萬象的夜市也確實不好逛😂 洗澡水一般 設施不太新，但是讓人舒服的，乾燥又乾淨。 臨街的房間晚上十一點之前非常吵，露台很可愛，還能遠眺湄公河。 早餐不錯，有咖啡機。

All good , basic hotel which is fair for the price , staff are really friendly and helpful and have a smile on their face. The room is fine , if I have one negative it’s that the hotel is extremely close to the night market and the noise is not horrific but the bang bang bang can be heard. Stops about 11:30 pm but if you want an early night and you are sensitive to noise then I would look elsewhere

A wonderful place to stay with great hospitality and location. The staff were friendly and helpful. The place was clean and well cared for. There were good shopping options nearby as well as coffee shops and food. We would stay here again.

We stayed here for two nights to visit the capital of Laos and it was a nice choice. We had a pleasant room and nice view to the night market and Mekong river as it was literally across the road! The room was nice however on the first night the hot water didn’t work and we couldn’t have a shower. We called reception and they said they would sort it out for us in the morning but we were not happy with that because we wanted to get it sorted out ahead of the trip we planned the next day. Anyway, it was sorted out that night after we asked them twice and the room they gave us was fine. Breakfast was good with a nice selection to choose from and it’s located outside on the terrace. It was very hot when we visited so sitting outside was a little worrying however the temperature is much cooler in the morning so it was actually rather nice!

The staff members were exceptionally friendly. The breakfast served on an outside terrace was good. The room was very spacious and comfortable.

We had a very comfortable stay at the well-located Orchid Hotel and were impressed by how clean the housekeeping staff kept our rooms. The ac, shower, and wifi all worked well and our bed was very comfortable. Our suite was spacious with a balcony that we could watch both the night market and the sunrise from. The large open air balcony the bkfst buffet was served on had flowering plants and a view of the neighboring temple, as well as good coffee and a nice selection of international choices. The friendly waiters worked hard to keep guests happy and we were very happy with their service. We especially appreciated the kind help we received from Mr. Lee at the front desk who helped us multiple times with directions and giving advice. Thank you for a great introduction to Vientiane!

Very helpful reception staff, they helped us organising a tailored tour of the surroundings, in addition to always being ready to make our stay even better. We checked out really early and they opened breakfast before time to ensure we had a good meal before taking the train. Location was great, close to everything and to the beautiful Mekong.
