The staff was very friendly and the lounge was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was simple but tasty and reasonably priced. The free coffee was very lacking.

This hotel is great. The owner is a Sri Lankan and very qualified. He will also help us guests who are not good at English. It is safe. There is an access control that requires a swipe card. There is a washroom on the first floor. There is a balcony on the second floor and a small bar. The environment is very good. The owner and his family clean it every day.

Place is pretty good, has what you need. Common area is nicely decorated.
My bed in the dorm however, was right up against a generator. (Well probably some other kind of noisy machine). Ridiculously loud, and the dorms are too tightly packed with beds. No space for luggage and nowhere to lock suitcases or backpacks.

The shower rooms are only on the first floor, and the water pressure is either weak or strong. There is a Laotian pork rice bowl restaurant across from the accommodation, but please note that water is not free in Laos. Be careful, as it is not uncommon for them to sneak in more money. Most restaurants are like that.
