L'hôtel est placé dans une petite rue située à 5 bonnes minutes de marche du Mekong, elle accueille aussi en soirée un sympathique petit marché de nuit. Le style des espaces communs et des chambres est tout en bois, assez chaleureux. Les chambres sont assez grandes mais l'insonorisation avec la chambre mitoyenne et avec l'extérieur est inexistante, il faut le savoir. De plus, un bâtiment est en construction à côté de l'hôtel avec une nuisance sonore dès le matin tôt. Wifi, coffre et frigo dans les chambres. La salle de bain est bien conçue mais elle dégage une odeur désagréable une grande partie de la journée. Le petit-déjeuner est gratuit mais on peut s'en passer, rien n'est bon.
