This hotel is in a great location, with friendly, knowledgeable staff, and excellent service. Well worth the price for the absolutely clean room and atmosphere. Will definitely stay again.

The hotel is beautiful and big and have big swimming pool. The staff is very nice and friendly location is convenient to everyone where, night market and Chinatown and airport.

Despite a blocked sink in the room, there was excellent service & food. Location is good for accessing Vientiane.

Room was large and comfortable. It’s a walk to the main areas but there are a few little shops around. Staff are friendly and offer help and advice. Good stay for one night. A shuttle bus to main areas would be an added bonus.

Excellent hotel, clean, spacious rooms, and fully equipped. The manager provided me with som chai which was very nice indeed. I had a warm welcome and a very pleasant stay. Only snag being a lack to a tennis court at the hotel premises.

Good for both business trip and family visit. The breakfast is great. Staffs are super helpful and try extra effort to accommodate special need e.g. early check in, taxi arrangement, restaurant recommendation.

First time at Crowne Plaza and we had a really good experience. The room was huge, nice view, breakfast had big variety and infinity pool looked amazing. Unfortunately the pool temperature was to cold to relax.
