The beds are bad. The air conditioning does not work, there are no towels. Overall I do not recommend.

Hotel at the motorway exit, convenient for those like us who are passing through the area. The room reflects what is reported in the description, the sore point of the accommodation is the structure (reception in another building, near the restaurant) and above all, in our case, the poor cleanliness of the room.
The girl who welcomed us at the reception was however very kind and changed the bathroom linen without hesitation which unfortunately was not clean.
In short, it can be improved!

Taken room without meals. Clean, nothing to complain about. Reservation and full payment by internet, no problem (except that the person at the reception asked me on our arrival, to pay the balance???, after checking, everything was in order...)

Hôtel à fuir ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons constaté que le confort et la propreté de l'établissement n'étaient pas à la hauteur de la réputation des hôtels "Campanile": - absence de serviettes de bain et de sèche-cheveux, bac à douche vétuste ; - tables de jardin sales - attente d'une heure de notre repas (qui était très bon, le cuisinier n'étant pas en cause) et pain distribué au compte-gouttes... Il y a un manque criant de personnel, la réceptionniste très professionnelle étant obligée d'assurer à la fois l'accueil des clients et le service en salle !! La personne censée assurer le service en salle étant complètement dépassée ! Il n'y a pas de numéros attribués aux tables et il est évident que l'organisation pèche ! C'est très dommageable pour cette chaine d'hôtels et la réceptionniste qui, en dépit des carences, garde son sang froid et son sourire. Franchement, elle mérite beaucoup mieux ! Nous lui souhaitons un autre avenir professionnel !

A fuir. Une douzaine de scarabées énormes coincés dans la poubelle en arrivant, les autres qui vous tournent autour, un « slip » qui sèche sur le pare-douche (bien entendu pas le mien), colonne de douche percée, volet cassé.. on a voulu sortir pour aller boire un verre au restaurant, on n’a jamais été servi, par conte le spectacle vaut le détour : la cuisine qui se traite avec le service ça faisait longtemps que je n’avais pas vu ça. J’ai bien entendu prévenu la réception pour les insectes volants qui sont des frères assez proches des cafards, on m’a donné un insecticide. LOL

Having left a necklace in our room I realised 2 hours into our journey and phoned the reception immediately . It appeared I was speaking to a man who was not on site . I understood ( my French is ok) to call back at 12 noon . When I did , the man said no, he said 16.00. I couldn’t understand. Why I couldn’t reqch a member of staff when the hotel was open and I’d left at 7.30 and it was only 9.30? Oddly I couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone whereas the Louvre hotel customer service could (twice) . I sent an email which also was not answered until Louvre customer service were involved . The answer was of course ‘ we can’t find your necklace . This whole communication went on from Friday until Tuesday . Oddly on the terrace where we had a glass of wine there was a sign asking residents to take care of belongings in parked cars. This was a very upsetting experience . The nonchalance of the hotel compounded my sadness at losing a piece of jewellery that held sentiment .
