Hotel Punta San Francesco

La camera e bagno tipo economy con arredamento, infissi e suppellettili datati ma non certo d'epoca. Anche la parte impiantistica è obsoleta, mancano addirittura delle semplici prese di corrente accanto ai condomini. L'umidità di risalita è presente in camera e nei corridoi comuni ed il tanfo di umido si sente. La colazione, che poteva essere il punto di forza dell'albergo, contrariamente a quanto immaginato viene servita in un seminterrato alquanto angusto, e può essere fatta in terrazzo portando il proprio vassoio perché non è previsto affatto il servizio in terrazzo, superando a piedi quattro rampe di scale, oltretutto è completamente privo di strutture ombreggianti e funge anche da stenditoio con tanto di calzini a vista stesi; per cui alla fine tra il sole, il caldo, le scale e il trasporto si finisce per desistere. Le foto mostrate in prima linea sul sito, rappresentano le camere rinnovate, mentre il prezzo mostrato si riferisce a camere "economy" che per l'albergo non è evidentemente indice di grandezza della camera o essenzialità nell'arredamento, come si potrebbe immaginare, ma indice di vecchio, trascurato e malandato. A mio avviso l'hotel necessita di una ristrutturazione anche negli ambienti comuni. Anche il parcheggio non presente in loco nelle immediate vicinanze ha il suo peso negativo, ma questo è indicato nella descrizione dell'hotel. Il personale seppur gentile e accomodante non può da solo risolvere i problemi strutturali che attanagliano la struttura. Per quanto visto personalmente consiglio di cercare altrove, sia nel centro storico che nei dintorni c'è di molto meglio anche a prezzi più convenienti. In definitiva, per la negativa esperienza, non mi sento di consigliare questa struttura.

Camera e bagno con arredamento e infissi datati e non certo d'epoca. Completamente da ristrutturare. Umidità di risalita sparsa un po' ovunque sia nella camera che nei corridoi, con tanfo di umido che rende l'ambiente insalubre e puzzolente. Colazione servita in un angusto seminterrato, con possibilità di portarsela a piedi, attraverso tre rampe di scale su un lastrico solare, completamente privo di strutture ombreggianti ed adibito anche a stenditoio. Le foto in prima linea poste sul sito sono ingannevoli e si riferiscono a camere superior ristrutturate, mentre il prezzo indicato in prima linea si riferisce a camere datate e fadiscenti. In generale l'albergo necessita di essere ristrutturato anche negli ambienti comuni. Consiglio di cercare altrove, a Vieste e d'intorni c'è tanto di meglio e anche a prezzo inferiore.

The hotel enjoys an excellent central and characteristic location in Vieste, it's a shame they don't have a car park reserved for guests and every evening you have to leave the car at the port and pay for parking which is quite expensive, at least an agreement to reserve parking spaces for customers they could predict it. The rooms are basic and clean. We were in a room on the ground floor, cool and a little damp, whose furniture was a little dated but functional. The comfortable bed. The terrace is certainly the strong point of the structure where I would recommend the owner to have umbrellas or covers to be able to enjoy a good breakfast in the morning with a wonderful view but it is a little sunny. For a few days' support in Vieste I absolutely recommend it.

A simple, small, quiet and very comfortable jewel, located on the tip of San Francesco in the center of the historic city of Vieste and yet easily accessible. Few very clean rooms, some already completely renovated, others under renovation. Warm welcome, familiar and professional at the same time. Great courtesy and availability. Wonderful 360 degree terrace overlooking the sea.

Cozy, clean hotel very close to the historic center of Vieste. The terrace is a marvel, where you can have a hearty breakfast or an aperitif. I would like to sincerely thank all the staff, very kind and always available. Super structure

Excellent choice.... especially for two cyclists after a long stage. Simple structure but with charm. Spacious, clean and quiet rooms. Second floor terrace with spectacular views. Mrs. Ida at the reception was very kind and very helpful. If we could give it a 10..we would give it a 12!!
