Had a nice surprise of mixed fruits and wine. Candy gifts also for the young ones. Perfect for this holiday season The room is very spacious with soft pillows and blankets. Stayed at the loft. Room is good even for a family with cr provisioms for both loft and ground floor. They forgot space for luggage and clothes but its still ok for short stay. Highly recommended as plaza and calle crisologo are just a few steps away.

I made a big stupid mistake of paying too much money for a hotel like this. This hotel was greatly disappointed after staying only in the belief of false reviews and reputation. Poor services, facilities, and breakfast!!! They didn't even offer complimentary mineral water. They say to use a water dispenser in the hallway. Ha Ha Ha! Services worse than a cheap motel!

Wonderful and beautiful spanich colonial building in the heart of Vigan. Enjoyed my stay at Deluxe room for myself. Definitely come back again.

This hotel is a MUSEUM. Beautiful paintings and other incredible art collections line the hallways. Staying here feels like living in an art museum. The staff is amazing as well! They are polite, friendly and helpful. They serve excellent breakfast. I had the best Filipino breakfast in Vigan. This is the best hotel in Vigan Heritage Village so far! I travelled solo, but I would recommend this hotel to couples, friends and families.

Just beside calle crisologo. Super nice room with very comfortable bed and pillows.
Staffs are very helpful.

This is the first and only museum hotel in the Philippines and it was just an amazing experience. The staff are were welcoming, the location is perfect, right around the corner from Calle Crisologo. There is a swimming pool in the centre of the hotel, but unfortunately we had bad weather during our stay and couldn’t enjoy it. The room is spacious and comfortable, and breakfast is served in “a la carte” style, instead of a buffet. Everything was just very enjoyable and Vigan is a must for visitors in the Philippines!

I stayed here for my wife's birthday.
It was a very quaint hotel with a museum attached, and I really enjoyed it.
It was clean, the service was good, and the hotel staff also celebrated my wife's birthday. The surprise cake was also really nice. I'm really glad I chose this hotel. I will definitely use it again next time.

Hotel on the road next to the main street of Crisologo Street. It was after corona, so the unused parts were a little dark, but overall it was a very beautiful hotel.
There was a guest room to surround the pool, and there was a sense of unity in the room with a Spanish atmosphere. There are a lot of outlets, so it seems good for multiple people to stay. There are no plastic bottles of water, and the system takes water from a water server, which is environmentally friendly.
Continental ham for breakfast was unimaginably delicious. I think it's a famous hotel because the uncles on the bike will understand it immediately.
Sightseeing is easy, and horse-drawn carriages stop here. I am very satisfied.
