On the promotion of the "new hotel" there were listed various advantages and accessories in the room: telephone, toilet product supplies (two dispensers and a sachet of shampoo, nothing else) slippers etc. none of this in reality. Worse than this has never happened to me. Reservation made with booking specifying double rooms with separate beds and parking for 8 bikes, all confirmed by booking via email. Upon arrival, the hotel was closed and they told us it was open only for us because it was undergoing total renovation. The rooms were not prepared as requested but with double beds in front of our complaints the reception told us that if we wanted there were rooms with separate beds but they cost more (tactic to sell you something different and collect some extra money?) not we gave in, we screamed and finally at 5pm they separated our beds. For bikes the answer is "leave them in the courtyard as no one steals here" so there is no dedicated room. Clean room and so was the bathroom. Window shutter not working could not be lowered. Said of the problem, response: "We know, we will have it repaired". In the meantime, we dismantled it and lowered it manually. No accessories in the bathroom (shampoo, bath foam, glasses, etc.). I'm sorry to say that the staff are not up to their job. They also said that they had contacted us once to find out how to set up the rooms but we didn't respond. We didn't see any calls but if it was so essential to know despite the specifications in the booking we could have tried several times. In short, I hope it improves with the restructuring and finds staff more suited to the role but for the moment the opinion is terrible. Breakfast is €10 if you want it, we went to have it at the bar next door for much less.

I stayed in this hotel for the Easter holidays, my husband and I stopped here for 2 nights, we were more than satisfied with the choice. First of all, the hotel has parking reserved for the structure, but if you can't find any more space you can also leave your car on the street, you don't pay for parking in the area. The rooms all overlook the street, to access them you don't necessarily have to go to the hotel so you are free to come and go whenever you want. The room was spotless, both the floor and the bathroom were impeccable, I didn't find even a gram of dust, compliments to the cleaning ladies!! The lady at the reception is very friendly and nice, the breakfast was varied and had everything you could ask for, they make the coffee for you with the machine in the bar, which is very rare in a hotel. The structure is very convenient if you want to reach the center on foot. Really a great choice to stay
