Im an avid traveler, I have never left a review prior to this as I believe most reviews are subjective. I always make the most of all trips however I feel as if I was literally robbed from this establishment. We had the premium pool front room and had no hot water upon arrival. I met with management almost daily and they refused to discuss a partial credit and said it would be discussed upon the correction of the issue. I said I wanted to know the resolution and not get offered a $50 credit after our departure. Other visitors were up to their 10th day with cold water. Resort was booked so no provisions were available other than the gym shower or carrying your clothing to an alternate room shower(before other parties check in/arrival). On the 5th day we came back in the evening to sewerage in our room and demanded to leave the resort. We were sent to their sister resort for the last 3 days. Due to our late arrival to the sister resort we were only able to use their "premium" services for 1 of the 3 days. I was told the sister resort was more expensive and it offset cost negated any real credit. I was offered $50 a day credit after I returned home. I reached out again to management and no response since, so I figured to share my story. I was unable to enjoy my stay, Im sure my experience there made the food, drinks and location feel subpar. Beach not private and next to a cemetery. Most of visitors are British and were too kind to comment. good luck if you choose here
