Walking through the gates you have enterend a garden of Eden full of kemon trees. This place is created to give you the most relaxing time of your live with a wonderful staff who even can learn you how to make pasta. Its like the Eagles sing...you can check in, but you will never keave....

We stayed here for 3 nights in late July, en route to a longer stay nearby. There were 6 of us in total, 2 adults 2 kids in one room and 2 adults in another. All of us absolutely loved every minute we were there, with excellent staff in hotel and bar who were really friendly and helpful, and out-of-this-world delicious food. We particularly rated the meals served in the hotel grounds at breakfast and on pizza night. Very much hope to be back!

Our 3rd visit to Palazzo Guglielmo. We love it. The team are amazing, so welcoming, friendly, helpful. The Palazzo is beautiful and our family room is a perfect size, kept impeccably clean and comfortable. Super breakfast and lovely restaurant. It’s really relaxing, theres a real personal touch that really makes you want to come back. It’s a great location also to explore the beauty of southern Puglia.

Mooi oud paleis. Bestaat uit allerlei verschillende oude gebouwen. Goede service, vriendelijk personeel. Zwembad is vrij klein, weinig bedjes. Airco is niet heel sterk. Lunch menu niet geweldig. Maar overall bijzonder goede ervaring gehad

What an oasis! The rooms are beautiful and our patio and little garden was perfect - so quiet and away from hustle and bustle - just what we needed. The staff were brilliant - from reception to breakfast and gardeners to restaurant - all so friendly and helpful, mothing was too much trouble. The food was lovely - very authentic and the community evenings were excellent. The location in a small village was perfect for us and we would not hesitate to recommend.

Sono arrivato senza sapere granché di questo albergo, un amico al quale mi ero rivolto si era preoccupato di trovarmi una sistemazione per tre giorni di soggiorno in Salento. Il mio amico mi manda il link e mi dice: "dai un'occhiata, se va bene prenoto per te". Faccio un rapido riscontro, mi sembra bello, gli dico al volo: "va benissimo". Quindi arrivo senza sapere più di tanto. Ecco, in questi casi nasce la sorpresa. Dall'esterno si vede una bella facciata di antico palazzo patrizio, ed è sicuramente un bell'arrivo. Ma quando bussi alla portone e ti si apre la vista nell'interno rimani estasiato, un tripudio di bellezza, di gusto, di colori, di accoglientissimo SUD. I fiori, la pietra, l'architettura, le camere, la colazione, il verde curato. Tutto concorre al fascino del luogo. Ma ogni luogo vive con le persone che lo abitano e che lo curano, e le persone che ti accolgono sono la vera perla di Palazzo Guglielmo, sono loro, tutte e tutti, che ti fanno sentire accudito come non mai, sono loro che ti spalancano le porte di piccolo eden nascosto nel cuore del Salento.

Very lovely hotel in quiet village, great base for exploring southern Puglia. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and room ( suite ) very spacious and very clean. I would not hesitate to recommend it and will go back again next time we visit Puglia. Garden was beautiful and a lovely place to sit in the evening amongst orange and lemon trees drinking our cocktails.

Magnifique hôtel JARDIN PISCINE .Tout était bien organisé, bien établi pour nous permettre un séjour formidable! La Suite est très grande et bien fonctionnelle. Les petits déjeuners sont complets, copieux de bonne qualité et avec tous les sourires du personnel L'accueil était très très agréable. Le spa n'était pas trop mal mais dans un très bel endroit vouté. La salle de remise en forme est pratique et complète. Nous espérons fréquenter cet endroit de nouveau. Merci à toute l'équipe+++
