Hotel Bahía de Vigo Reviews

The hotel is great, great view, great location, great staff, clean and very spacious. What you want to see in Vigo is within 5-10 walking distance from the hotel, right infant of the marina where you can take the ferry ( water local taxi) to go to the neighbor towns. We stayed during the Christmas Lights season which are amazing, 100% recommended. I'll definitely stay here again.

Excellently located hotel, next to the port. Spacious, clean rooms with great views of the estuary and the port. Everything very clean and comfortable bed with 2 pillows. Quite complete and correct buffet breakfast. The pastries are a little weak and when the food runs out it would be good to replenish because if you have breakfast at the last minute there are no more items left. Of course, the hotel is asking for a renovation, the facilities are outdated (windows, floors, tiles, bathrooms...) A little more sympathy from the people at the reception would be appreciated except for one worker who was not Spanish.

Excellent attention from the Hotel workers. We loved the room and especially the views. I would repeat without a doubt!

The sea view can make up for all its shortcomings, it is really beautiful! The first one is a picture taken in the afternoon, and the second one is a picture taken in the morning when I got up! Not willing to leave

Hotel very well located and good value for money. It is a great hotel but I think a little renovation and image cleanup wouldn't hurt. The hot water didn't work, that's the only thing I can really say about it, although everything can break down from time to time. Lovely reception staff.

On the outside, very ugly. When you see the facade it seems that you have returned to the 70s. Inside it is still old-fashioned decoration but it is very clean and everything is correct. It just needs modernizing but the breakfast was very well attended and varied.

O café da manhã era servido fora do hotel em uma cafeteria muito boa, porém pegávamos chuva e muito frio para chegar ao local do café. E falta uma cafeteira nos apartamentos é o mínimo que se espera de um 4 estrelas uma cafeteira no quarto.

Beautiful hotel, room with a view out over the harbour. Dinner in my room while I watched the liners come and go. What more could I ask for. The room service was excellent. As we’re the facilities. Thank you

In desperate need of some TLC. Studio apartment,no kettle asked and got one straight away. No toaster but not a problem as we decided to take breakfast in the hotel. Bathroom vent full of thick dust and fluff and had to insist that they clean it. Scandinavia type furniture which didn't really work with the pink marble floors. Bed was comfy. Reception helpful and pleasant. Would have had the New year gala dinner in the associated restaurant but at the asking price of 250 euros per person no way. Tremendous promotion of Vigo for Christmas and the illuminations from the Mayor of Vigo but absolutely not geared for tourism. 1st of January and everything closed. Definitely not recommend in winter.

We stayed there for one night. The front desk employees were very helpful, friendly and answer all our questions, they also share their personal favorite spots in the area. The room was big and very clean. The only negative was that the bathroom shower enclosure was old and let a lot of water out while we took a shower getting the whole floor wet. Other than that, everything was excellent!
