We were really excited to visit Vigo & this hotel has a great location and looked beautiful and as we were meeting our son there , we looked forward to using the rooftop pool as advertised. I was so disappointed my son was in a camper bed , the shutters came up automatically at 8am making the room really bright & noisy. But the most disappointing was told to book the pool for on 1 hour was €25 per day per person. I was so upset and for 4 star hotel and cost was misleading. The assistant manager on reception that day when I complained was abrupt and when I said , if a pool is advertised they need to say its additional 225 for use of stay . She said it was not Ireland I was in , it was Vigo . I regret booking this hotel.

Stayed in the hotel only for one night on the way from Santiago de Compostela to Porto. The room was clean and spacious. The service good. The location was convenient - close to the port area as well as the old part of Vigo and walking distance to both railway stations.

Stayed here for one night while walking the Camino Portuguese. The hotel is about 20 minutes walk from the City Centre. I was very surprised when I entered the grounds to the hotel. It is a fabulous building in the centre of a residential area. The reception staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was lovely, comfortable and well equipped. Dinner in the restaurant was very good and very reasonable. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. I cannot believe this is listed as a 1 star hotel

El hotel es bastante bueno, instalaciones muy limpias y profundo muy amable. Cuando viajo suelo mirar las valoraciones y me gustaría haber leído la realidad del hotel. Una cama de matrimonio muy grande pero una habitación muy pequeña sin apenas ventilación. Baño también interior y vistas a un patio que tocaba casi la ventana de al lado . Habitación muy oscura . Muy claustrofóbica, Nos comentaron de cambiarnos pero nunca se produjo el cambio porque no habia más que 4 habitaciones exteriores por planta. Garaje precio de 16€ diario, muy estrecho en cuesta y con curva imparable casi entrar y salir teniente que meter los retrovisores para poder entrar .A los alrededores solo hay zona azul. Ubicación buena, restaurante con personal muy agradable y comida de diseño muy bueno también. El único problema el desayuno, si bajas un poco tarde no hay muchas cosas y la leche sin lactosa fría, no hay microondas.

It is a really perfect hotel with a very friendly staff in all its areas The location is excellent. The hotel, although it is six years old, seems new. The rooms are very comfortable as well as the bathroom. And keep them perfectly clean. Breakfast is very good with option to ask you to cook some eggs at the moment There was a swimming pool in the window of the room but don't use it for the season of the year Wi-Fi is good and the information that The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable.

The hotel is renovated and is clean and careful.
The location is great, just 10 minutes walk from the centre, and just next to the Urzaiz station and a shopping centre.
The hotel was very comfortable and was very comfortable.
The reception girls are super friendly and attentive.
There are free coffee and 24h infusions in the cafeteria, something that I thought was a detail.
The only thing I missed is the restaurant itself, to have dinner at the hotel some day, but in a B&B is what is expected, just accommodation and breakfast :P
I recommend it very much.

A disappointment, the magnificent location, the environment, the common spaces in the same line, the abundant and quality breakfast, but the rooms very, very, very below expectations, a lot of noise, old, not even a bottle of water courtesy or a kettle to drink an infusion that is in any hotel, uncorked walls next to the window and dirty ... well below a hotel of the same category, I expected much more. It would not be bad to improve the quality of the rooms because the price is charged as if they were up to date

A minha estadia foi de uma noite, o hotel tem um restaurante onde fazem festas para dezenas de pessoas. Independentemente onde seja o quarto, o meu não era por cima do restaurante, a música esteve como se fosse discoteca das 23h30 às 5h, mesmo quando a receção foi questionada disseram que tinham ordem até às 5h da manhã, até o quarto tremia, eram 3h30 ponderámos abandonar o hotel. Pagámos e dormimos depois das 5h, nunca vi algo assim, é um hotel fantástico, mas se tiverem festas. Azar de quem pagou uma noite. No dia seguinte ao peq. almoço as pessoas nem falavam, os funcionários olhavam para nós cabisbaixos, nem a pergunta da praxe se correu tudo bem foi feita. VERGONHOSO!!!!!

The very well located hotel, next to a playa and with a swimming pool that for the time, we could not use, a pity The super friendly and service staff, helped us all we need, including lending a paraguay!!! I don't put 5 stars because we hear enough the noise of the Persians and people talk through the corridor, so at 7am we heard the jail I've been two times to this hotel, and we're sure to return for a run

GGuest UserTraffic was terrible but the staff offered off street parking for $15 which we jumped on. Room was small but spotlessly clean. They serviced the room daily. Desk people went above and beyond in making arrangements for tours and suggesting places to eat and visit. The continental breakfast was well prepared and displayed. View from that terrace overlooking the city. When you first get into the area, you have concerns about the neighborhood. Once you are settled, realize that it’s the graffiti everywhere but the area itself is average folk…Just like us! Within walking distance of old town and pedestrian shopping street.

Excellent hotel. This hotel was very modern and the room I had was big (for Europe). The staff was nice and welcoming and could check me in earlier than I expected (I arrived around noon). The bathroom was normal size (for Europe) and there was plenty of room. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. They also offered some toiletries if you needed them. The hotel is located very centrally being only a few steps away from the city center and an easy walk to the port. The hotel offered breakfast but I didn’t ask for that since the price seemed steep (especially when you can buy something at a cafe for cheaper) One recommendation I have is if you are driving a car to ask them where to park before going there, as the parking is a few blocks away and you can’t park on the street (or if you can you’re a pro at finding parking). Just understand that if you park anywhere other than where they tell you, you could be charged more than once. I parked at a different parking garage up a few streets and the hotel staff told me that I could come and go with parking after paying the discounted rate of 15€. They also said all the underground parking was “the same”. It is not the same. The underground parking is literally huge and there are several options and you could walk forever when trying to find your car. Anyhow, I left the other garage and toured the city and then parked in the garage they recommended, thinking I was covered with the pay one rate plan. Unfortunately this was not the case and I was out another 15€ to get out of the parking garage. An extremely pricey lesson to learn. Other than the parking issue, I really liked the hotel and would return if in the area (just without a car)

GGuest UserWe arrived by train and the hotel was easy to access through the huge shopping mall. Easy and pleasant check in. Wonderful room on the sixth floor; bright and modern with a dynamic view of the estuary. I found the staff at reception very helpful. Quite handy for a couple of bars and restaurants with the old town a short walk (be aware, it’s on a hill) Enjoyed our brief stay.

GGuest UserWe started our summer holiday in Vigo and had 4 nights in Maroa hotel. We booked a room with balcony, even though we could see it was a quite small one. Check in was smooth and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I needed help to find a place to buy water for my contact lenses, and they showed me a few places where I might be able to find it, and they were right. The room itself was huge and so was the bathroom. The tv was a bit old and small, and the amount of programmes was very limited, so don't expect to spend time watching TV at night. The balcony was rather small as expected, but could fit a chair out there, where I could sit and read a book. Could have used another chair and maybe a little table, so both of us could have sat outside. Breakfast was good although not the same variety as in a large hotel. However, we got a brilliant service and eggs the way we wanted them each morning. Also the view from the rooftop is amazing at all hours of the day. A strange thing that I've never experienced before, was that the cleaning lady didn't take the tip I had laid on the bed. That was just put on my desk when she cleaned the room. Can recommend this for location, staff, views and breakfast.

I enjoyed the balcony over one of the main streets of Vigo, the proximity to the old town and many more things. All the staff were very friendly, approachable and polite at all time.

We stayed there for one night. The front desk employees were very helpful, friendly and answer all our questions, they also share their personal favorite spots in the area. The room was big and very clean. The only negative was that the bathroom shower enclosure was old and let a lot of water out while we took a shower getting the whole floor wet. Other than that, everything was excellent!

GGuest UserExcellent location in the center of Vigo. Very close to bus stops. Not far from the railway station or bus station. Nearby a lot of restaurants, as well as bakeries or shops. The room is quite spacious and well decorated. Clean and clean every day. Good silent. Wi-Fi or air conditioning worked without problems. Maybe a few handle gowns I would find (e.g. very small refrigerator), but all compensate for the view of the port and the Vigo estuarium. Fairy. The bathroom is pleasant and functional. For the service of no comments.

GGuest UserThis holiday my couple and I have been sleeping in several pensions, hostels, hostels and unfortunately this has been the most expensive and the least good. 90 euros per night for a small room, in a hotel located far from the center (7 km), with parking but for 9 cars and a large but very little washing machine, we got 2 champagne and 2 gel overlooking to be even not yet available for soap *** * a The hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable. The hotel was very comfortable and comfortable, but we found it a little expensive for what the hotel offered.

GGuest UserIt was located perfectly in the city center. 15 minutes of walking and you are in the city centre, historical and marítima. Staff is amazing friendly and cozy. Room Was clean and big. Bathroom was good and big. Wife is excellent. The only problem can be parking if you are coming by car since there is limited space.
