I visited on second saturday and sun-day of july. The rooms and lobby were stinking with bad smell. Taps were leaking. No hot water. There was huge rush in the restaurant. The quality of food is very bf (dinner, the items were too spicy, nevertheless breakfast was good. Lodged complaint with hotel incharge on all these issues. Very bad maintenance. Building looks nice, rest all are bad. However staff were friendly and helpful.

Early check-in was allowed with out any extra payment. Food was great especially mutton biryani. But vegetable thali was pathetic. Overall experience was good.

I'm taken 410 rome, but its getting old, switches and chairs are very bad. Make it new. It's getting good results to your hospitality. No i'm not taken any pics

Smell in the corridors, washrooms can be bit better. Thali is not available after 3 in afternoon and also no other foods items except limited tiffins.

Lot of mosquitos and flies in the room. They cleaned room twice upon complaint. Bit problem persisted. At mid night had to request for repellent. That too did not help. They shifted room. That too same problem. You maintenance has gone down badly. At the restaurant the captain was shouting at us "to accommodate 10 people table it will take at-least half an hour. Then dont blame me. Hopelessly bad management.

Clean and large room. Ac was working fine. Room service food charges were nominal. Breakfast is also good.
