My first visit to Wijayawada..3 nite stay at Vivanta Hotel.. Excellent services , clean, top hospitality..easy to move around in city centre.
Appreciated to all the staff very easy to communicate and helpfull
The front desk manager.. Mr. Pritam and staf, The restaurant Manager Mr Sanjib n Staffs..Sourav, Ripul, Rajesh, Ritu and Kalyania..very helpful and friendly...Security Supervisor Mr Sunil and staf Sivashanker..done great job ..almost lost my ZFold phone but they manage to get..Kudos to ViVanta..next visit on April 24..meet you all then..Thank you..

The facilities were relatively clean, the staff were friendly and friendly, the soundproofing was a bit lacking, and the food at the hotel restaurant was a bit disappointing.

Stay was really good and infact it's my first time 5 star hotel stay. Overall was happy except minor issues related to bathroom area. Bedsheets can be better as they are little unclean. Overall I am happy with stay and staff. My kid enjoyed the breakfast.

memorable. elegant rooms, attentive service... the team went above and beyond to make us feel special. Baishnabi ensured a smooth checkout, while Parimita at reception was incredibly helpful, even teaching us how to make UPI payments on our phones—a thoughtful touch that made things so much easier for us. Ramakrishna, restaurant manager, was welcoming and fulfilled our requests for off-menu items, including freshly made French toast. The waiting staff added so much warmth to our meals. Lakshmi surprised us with a traditional Rameshwaram idli, while Amit took the time to explain the dishes and their unique flavors. Raju, always eager to assist, managed our bags and even provided us with mineral water for our trips. The rooms are spacious, with great lighting, HVAC, and a beautiful view of the street below. The pool and gym were spotless and well-maintained. From refreshing welcome drinks to finger bowls at dinner, every detail was thoughtfully managed. Requests for extra amenities like towels and shower gel were met with generous supplies, underscoring their commitment to service.

Our stay was comfortable. Room was clean and hygienic. Pool and pool side was good. You get to see the city view at the pool. We spent some good time but the pool. No kids pool though. Floaters for children werent available when asked but later the pool incharge got two of them. I felt the Property should have maintained stock of swimwear for guests. Poolside shower options were the best I have seen so far. Breakfast options were good. Food options and menu should be definitely better. Pillows were torn and the stuffing was popping out(two pillows). Telephone instruments are totally outdated and definitely have to be replaced. We used the phone on speaker until second day. It was good to see F&B Manager Jitesh attending and checking if everything was good. The front desk went beyond to consider our late check out request. I didn't know that there were four dining options, haven't seen any info anywhere about them(or is it me who didn't explore!) Not sure if they had spa too. I guess a display/flyer in the room out at front desk would have been good. Overall we had a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Rooms are nice, food quality is average, laid back attitude of staff and poor hygiene in common toilets. No Taj standard Location is good . Needs significant upgrade —————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————-
