The food and service are outstanding. The pool is on the rooftop.To add cheery to the experience Rajeshwari and Sivaram served complimentary coolants in the pool. The experience right from checkin was great. We had checkin in early and inside the room within 5 mins

If you call then hotel and book the room, then this is a 24 Hours check in hotel but if you book through Makemytrip, then they will allow you to check in at 12 PM only. There is no difference between the fares if you book directly from hotel or online booking agents. Better book the room by calling them. Reception people are really helpful and allowed to keep the luggage as we went there before check in time. Complementary buffet breakfast is good and its worth even if you pay for extra person. Location is very good and all shops/ malls/ restaurants are very near by. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.

My first visit to Wijayawada..3 nite stay at Vivanta Hotel.. Excellent services , clean, top hospitality..easy to move around in city centre. I had the pleasure of staying at hotel grand vijayawada by grit hotels during my recent visit, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The cleanliness of the hotel is remarkable, with every corner spotless and well-maintained, making for a very comfortable and pleasant stay. A special shout-out to the fantastic staff, especially harsha and howsalya at the reception, who were exceptionally warm and welcoming. They went out of their way to make sure i had everything i needed and ensured that check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. They have taken a conscious effort to reduce plastic usage, which is something i greatly appreciated. Instead of plastic water bottles, they provided water in elegant glass bottles, and all the toiletries were eco-friendly, with no plastic packaging. The breakfast offered was nothing short of amazing. There was a wide variety of options, from local delicacies to more continental choices, ensuring that all guests could find something to their taste. It was the perfect way to start my day. The travel desk was also extremely helpful, arranging a taxi for me to explore nearby places without any difficulty. Additionally, the hotel arranged a convenient pick-and-drop service to the airport. For my early morning flight, they even packed food for the journey, which was a thoughtful touch. I highly recommend hotel grand vijayawada by grit hotels to anyone visiting the city. From the cleanliness to the helpful staff and all the thoughtful extras, it’s the perfect place to stay in vijayawada.

It was a great experience, everything was clean and organised. The manager and staff was very humble and well mannered. It was nice and comfortable stay. If someone is coming to vijayawada then this hotel is good to go.

The hotel is located at a prime location and hence could be located easily…..cabs were easily accessible from this location…..The food was good…..The room was maintained neatly and had a good city view…..Toiletries and towels were provided…..Staffs were polite and customer-friendly……recommended

, It is close to the airport, convenient to communicate with, the service attitude is very good, the Chinese food is also very good, it is very suitable for the taste of Chinese people, and it is always very good value for money. Chinese elements can be seen in many places in the hotel

I reached at the property at around 1:30 am, the check in was very quick as i was very tired and feeling sleepy. I rushed to the room and had a nice sleep. In the morning i went for breakfast buffet, there was variety of food available. The behaviour of the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

We chose to stay this hotel during B.tech admission process of our nephew in to VIT-AP University and made our booking on agoda. Excellent hotel with very good amenities, the rooms are very spacious and good with excellent view of the NH (Chennai-Kolkata). Our check-in process was fast and entire stay was comfortable. All staff are very courteous, polite and are ready to attend with a smile. Restaurant ambience was excellent and food was very tasty. Service in the restaurant was very good. Ample parking space is available. Overall, a great hotel, excellent stay and 100% recommended. If they can take care of few minor issues, this hotel stay can definitely rated with 5-Star rating in comfortable stay.
