非常垃圾，刷了兩遍房費！！！等我離店後五天，酒店又刷了一遍，這個行為特別惡劣。我很好奇他是怎麼在沒有我的卡的情況下盜刷我的卡成功的。如果我沒有再次核對長長的信用卡賬單，根本發現不了盜刷行為！！！經過長達數天的追索，酒店把錢退還給我，但是打到信用卡上，我還得去銀行櫃枱把外幣換成人民幣才能還款，而且還損失了幾十塊錢的手續費！！！垃圾！！！

The hotel has about 8 rooms, so it's very quiet; we didn't hear any noise. The room looked nice, spacious, and clean. It is very close to the black sand beach, about a 15-minute drive, and 8 minutes from the lighthouse area. The breakfast had fewer options than other places we stayed, which is reasonable given the number of customers, but there were still plenty of choices available. It was very nice that they would make scrambled eggs for you if you liked.

We stayed at the Volcano Hotel for just one night, and we arrived after 9pm. Our key was left on the concierge desk with a very nice note. 😊 This room was by far the smallest we stayed in during our 8 day visit to Iceland, but it was very clean and the bathroom was large and modern. We slept past breakfast, which I believe ended at 9:30, but it smelled really good. Our room was close to the common area where breakfast was served, so we were able to hear quite a bit of noise in the morning, but we needed to get going for the day anyway. This hotel is in a great location, and we very much appreciated the guest book in the room that included some must see sites relatively close by. I don’t know if I would stay here again unless it was just for one night, but it was a fine stay for what we needed.

A lovely find and a real jewel of a hotel. Beautifully appointed and the food is tastefully prepared. Attentive service and conveniently located near the delightful Black Beach. Highly recommend it for a quiet night’s stay when in the area.
