Santana Hotel & Spa is in reality a trap for the guest. Because of the lack of maintenance of the hotel AN IRON BAR FELL INTO MY FACE AND HURTED ME. I asked for the reeibursement of one night and Santana hotel offered instead a discount for the eventuality of me comming back. I do not live in Portugal and would not return to the hotel exactly due to the events and the hotel's refusal to recover its lack of care and respect for the guest who suffered an accident on its premises thanks to the lack of maintenance through a refund of the night, which would be what any establishment that cares for its image, reputation and guests would do. Also, during the heat wave that was taking over Portugal, THERE WAS NO AIR CONDITINING ON MY ROOM and I lost my night and my day of work. The hotel refused to reimburse my night.

During my stay at Villa C Boutique Hotel, my experiences were positive. The hotel was very clean and the surroundings were pleasant. The service was good, although there are small areas to improve. The facilities were at the right level, which provided a comfortable stay. I recommend this hotel for people looking for a quiet place for a rest.

We always find ourselves very warm in the hotel during our stays, but they should watch the Spa a little, because it is supposed to relax and not listen to people making noise. for the rest there is nothing to add, for us very well

A magnificent 3 stars, with service quality of 4, modern, very well located, with excellent rooms, very comfortable, well equipped, with many technological resources. Breakfast rooms are large and bright and high quality breakfast, without defects, with a variety of and permanent rest. There is a very friendly and available staff. Private parking and excellent access. To repeat.

We stayed here for only one night since it's close to the airport. We arrived around 1am and the check-in was easy and fast. Comfortable, modern and clean room. Very quiet surroundings and extremely friendly staff. Slept like a baby. Would definitely stay here again if needed.

Clean modern and cheap hotel in 10 minutes walk or 3.5€ Uber journey to Porto Airport. This is very convenient to leave. What I personally missed in the hotel were two things: 1) toilet brushes 😆 and 2) water cookers to drink coffee or tea. We couldn't have breakfast because our departure was at 6:55. Therefore, water cookers would be perfect.

Due to price and proximity to the airport, I chose to stay here for a night while waiting for my flight back to the USA. Why due to price, might you ask? Well, doesn’t 63 USD sound amazing, especially since neighboring hotels were selling in the hundreds that same night? I tried booking that young-adult discount rate online prior to arriving at the property, which I knew was only available for purchase on the official hotel site but assumed I could easily get at the check-in counter as well. The site was down or not accepting my bank account for whatever reason, even after clearing all fraud protection freezes and things like that. Please know that when I say the following, I’m not putting direct blame on the individual staff members at Stay Hotel Porto Airport. I’m putting blame on the larger system. BUT it still needs to be said. I wish the staff could have quickly given me the $63 rate at the check-in counter, KNOWING I was having trouble with the website/app and should’ve been entitled to it with a better payment method. By the time I tried and tried and tried to get the rate to go through, the $63 rate had expired and the next best option was for $81, still exclusive to the app. And sure enough, know what happened when I tried paying for the $81? Still no luck. When the clock struck midnight, all hope was lost for a cheaper rate—the app reset its prices to the next night, and I had to pay a rate of around $100 at the counter to get a room right then. A valid argument could be to ask why I’m this picky about the prices, since when viewing it macroscopically, the differences aren’t that extreme. But I was traveling on a VERY tight budget. Every little amount counts a ton. And being at the end of my trip, my finances were in jeopardy more than they’d been at any other point in Europe. So I lost out on 40 bucks, which adjusted for non-backpacker inflation is 400 bucks. Or more. The last thing I’m going to add to the unfortunate pricing situation is one where I feel arguably the most disappointed about. Yes it’s apparently company rules not to book rates over the counter that are supposed to be booked online. But I didn’t feel that sense of sympathy or apology from either of the two employees at the desk. They were kind and friendly enough, which was expected—but when something goes wrong out of the customer’s control, I also expect clear, explicit concern and care to be verbalized. I don’t think they really “cared” that I missed out on a cheap rate because their company’s app payment portal malfunctioned. One of the ladies even told me (when I asked if this was a common issue with foreigners) that this scenario occurs roughly once each WEEK, which she labeled as not very common…but I beg to differ. I’m not saying they should fix the app issue…but they should’ve given me something like an apology. It's a great hotel and feels and looks new. Everything is very clean from the reception, corridors, room, breakfast area. The room was very good (and quiet!!) Comfortable bed, heated, a good shower/toilet with everything needed. Fast WiFi. The breakfast is awesome and well worth the asking price. You have everything there, the breakfast area itself it's very bright with outdoor seating. The staff is very smiling. Check out until noon. Close to train station and the center of the city in a quiet area..Perfect. If again in this area this is my place. Thanks a lot.. good value · This is very very niche... but maybe can you put an extra coffe capsule for the espresso machine in the room and turn off the sound in the TV in breakfast area? It's more a suggestions than complaints. The room was 9,5/10 could be 10/10 if it had a mini-fridge...

Porto hotels prices are quite expensive. On our recent visit there we decide to spend a couple of days in this hotel, so to see the off center attractions.The room price was very fair. The hotel is quite modern and also simple. Nice rooms and very clean too. Complimentary continental breakfast is served in buffet style. Actually there is not a true bar, but a ”bar corner” which is OK for a couple of beers or some wine. As we had a car, we are not able to comment on transport connections.
