The hotel is really a great value for the amount we paid at trip.com. Everything was amazing - from the staff welcoming and always smiling to the great variety of food. The room was very nice, everywhere was clean and fresh.

I booked a four-night stay about a month before my trip. However, due to the exceptional circumstances in the region and the conflict involving the United States, Israel, and Iran, many international flights were cancelled, making it impossible for us to travel. I contacted the hotel several times more than two weeks before the check-in date to request a refund, but unfortunately the request was refused without consideration of these force majeure circumstances. It is worth noting that many hotels in Portugal and Spain showed flexibility and understanding under these exceptional circumstances, while unfortunately I did not experience the same level of cooperation here.
