C'est vraiment un lieu plaisant, au calme, à l'écart du centre-ville. La décoration moderne s'intègre très bien dans cette bâtisse ancienne. Vous pouvez profiter du spa avec piscine intérieure, bain turque et sauna. Le bonnet de bain est obligatoire. Ils en fournissent mais au tarif de 3€ par personne. Sinon vous avez serviette et peignoir à disposition. Nous avons mangé le soir au restaurant de l'hôtel. C'était très bon et à un prix raisonnable.

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans cet hôtel et avons apprécié notre séjour. L’hôtel est moderne, élégant , confortable et très calme . La propreté est irréprochable. Les chambres sont spacieuses, alliant modernité et tradition avec pierres apparentes et boiseries. La literie est vraiment très confortable. Nous y avons parfaitement bien dormi . Le petit-déjeuner est très correct. Nous avons dîné au restaurant de l’hôtel et nous avons été conquis par la qualité des plats et le service très professionnel des serveurs ainsi que par leur grande gentillesse et précieux conseils . Merci à eux, notamment de nous avoir parlé français, ce qui a été une valeur ajoutée à leur service extrêmement soigné. Nous recommandons l’hôtel et le restaurant +++et y reviendrons avec plaisir

We stayed at this hotel for a full weekend and the experience did not meet our expectations of a 4 star property. The main negative point concerns the spa and the swimming pool, advertised as advantages but charged 15 euros per person for one hour of use. This information was not announced on Booking and we discovered it too late. Additionally, the staff at reception insisted on the limitation to one hour per person, attributed to alleged overbooking, ultimately leaving us disappointed and without trying the spa. The hotel setting was cold and lifeless, as was the temperature of the rooms. Despite our efforts to set the heating to 32 degrees, the temperature automatically dropped, forcing us to sleep in our clothes for part of the night. The reinforced concrete rooms seemed to be the cause of this inefficient heating problem. The breakfast was disappointing with industrial products, flavorless jams and even an imitation of Nutella. Additionally, the behavior of the staff during breakfast was disorderly, with constant coming and going around the buffet. We were also concerned about security as the housekeeper's cart exposed the pass card for all rooms in the hotel, accessible to everyone. This neglect of security is unacceptable. Although the hotel was new, clean and the staff welcoming, these negative points, including the heating problem and unexpected spa charges, significantly detracted from our experience. We particularly do not recommend this establishment... in winter. The positive points of our stay lie in the new hotel and its modern design, the exemplary cleanliness, as well as a warm welcome at the reception.

Stay and New Year to remember. Everything prepared in detail. Super friendly, attentive and tireless staff. Restaurant with great quality. In the summer, make the most of this hotel to rest, we will be back.

Very well appointed, quality hotel with welcoming staff

From a four-star hotel I expected more: the internal restaurant was closed, the mini bar in the room was empty and there was no kettle. Breakfast was also quite disappointing/average. Furthermore, the spa was closed (only the indoor pool was working). Overall an experience below expectations
