Fabulous hotel in idyllic location near the national park. Staff very friendly. Rooms lovely. Stunning views over the pine forest and Vilaflor. Food excellent. Lovely new dining room/conservatory bringing the outside in. Beautiful walks from the hotel. Small indoor pool and spa facilities.

Un Hotel Canario que desde luego encaja en el entorno natural de montaña y pinos a la entrada del parque nacional del Teide. Ideal para descansar, desconectar, y/o hacer deporte. Roberto en recepción gran profesional, atento y resolutivo; Francesco en el Spa muy amable y espontáneo (muy buen masajista); y la cocinera del desayuno hace unos huevos benedictos deliciosos, que se disfrutan en un salón perfectamente climatizado y orientado al inigualable entorno de vegetación de la zona. El spa y la piscina, muy recomendables, aunque se podrían ajustar un poco los contrastes de temperaturas para una experiencia óptima. Un gimnasio muy completo con todo tipo de máquinas, y gran rocódromo indoor amplio con varias lineas y dificultades. En resumen, un lugar sorprendente en la isla que no deja indiferente.

This place needs an upgrade. Mildew in the grout, the spa is dated and in disrepair. Dirt was at the bottom of the Luke warm hot tub and there was dirt scum on the rim. The spa tea pot was dirty. Windows surrounding pool are dirty making it impossible to see the outdoors which would have been nice. There is a dated dropped ceiling and peeling wood floors. I actually had an accident trying to get a message when the old table cashed on my leg leaving it with a gash. The restaurant staff seem distracted. This place is tired and if you are looking for those extra things that make your stay special, you won’t find them here. I would take a pass on this one.

This hotel is a real gem. A long way up the mountain and away from the masses, perfect peace. The spa was bigger than expected and comprehensive as were the treatments. The only thing I would say is there is a pan Asian theme to the food but with some dishes not hitting the mark. Staff very friendly and our room fabulous. Great for trekking!

Cet hotel est incroyable et ressourçant. On déconnecte , l'endroit est magnifique entourée de belles forêts , très près du volcan réputé, de nombreuses randonnées aux alentours. Le service et le personnel sont parfait. Le spa est grand avec jacuzzi piscine. Il y a même une salle d'escalade. Le restaurant est délicieux. Je recommande cet hotel chaudement

Hoy hemos almorzado en el restaurante "La Vendimia"y la experiencia que hemos tenido ha sido fantástica, en especial respecto a la atención exquisita de Vicente, siendo muy profesional, correcto y amable. Es sin duda un lugar totalmente recomendable.

The hotel was in a good location for hiking and biking up in mountain. Overall a good experience with an excellent spa.
Only minus would be my room was located next to the reception so you could hear people talking and music but only faintly. It was quiet during the night tough.
And the breakfast was a little disappointing with the section for a 4 star hotel. Worse thing would be they served frozen and not fresh fruit.
Personal was friendly and helpful.

Nos estamos quedando una noche aqui para el cumple de mi hija y wow desde el checking en recepcion hasta la noche para la cena era increible!! La habitacion es hermoso, super comodo y muy limpio. La escenas mirando los bosques es a otro nivel Y por ultimo los camareros y camareraa en especifico Vicente y Noemi eran un placer y super amables con nosotras. Mañana vamos al spa que ya sabemos es fantastico, muchas gracias a todos por esta experiencia
