Excelent location with high price
Excelent location and crew are really helpfull , but suite are old and not aligned with the price

Una experiencia mala. El hotel está atendido por personas no calificadas para atención propia de un hotel. En todo momento hay q estarles arriba. Las instalaciones son vintage, ochentosas diría. Me cobraron casi 550 dolares x noche para un depto de dos ambientes, pensando q el hotel iba a estar a la altura de éste precio. Sentí que me estafaron. Recomiendo no ir a éste hotel... no cometan el mismo error. La administración es pésima, tuve que pedir varias veces q me facturen, cosa que al parecer mucho no les gusta.

Excelente para esquiar muy cerca de la base del cerro. Con la nueva infraestructura del cerro puede esquiarse hasta setiembre en forma segura. La pileta y el Hidromasaje a la temperatura ideal. Sauna. Las habitaciones son amplias y comodas. Equipamiento de cocina completo.

Would NOT recommend. The only positive was the staff that was very friendly. Hotel is outdated. Breakfast is NOT included. if you book hotel, make sure what you want. Pool is nice. Internet is not very reliable. Signal drop happens frequently. The app to open the doors with bluetooth looks like a good idea in concept but in practice you may be waiting for a min or 2 in front of the door for the app to connect. Rooms have very few outlets. They have not bothered to create any of the expected outlets to plug phones or computers for charge.

Desastre todo lo que esta mal lo tiene este hotel El gimnasio no existe las tres maquinas que tienen están rotas Yacuzzi frío lo calientan cuando ven que entras de terror La atención de terror no tienen ganas de trabajar una lastima los departamentos son muy lindos pero pésima atención El restaurante y desayuno excelente atención y calidad . Pedí que me traigan leña todos los días ( se paga aparte) ya el segundo día se habían olvidado. No tienen fundas sabana para el colchón, ponen una sabana más chica que el colchón te peleas toda la noche con la sabana y terminas durmiendo arriba del colchón, desastre Nunca más vuelvo un desastre Te venden algo que no es, te cobran por un servicio que no dan

Nunca vengan a este Hotel. Sale minimo 200 usd la noche y no son claron con su politica de empresa. Te cobran un montón de cosas extra (como los huevos en el desayuno) y si queres usar la instalación después del check out la “gerenta” MACARENA LOCARNINI no te lo permite (en ningún lugar de todo el establecimiento figura esto) Además de eso el hotel es viejo y tiene poco mantenimiento.

Positives:
Good area, walkable to resort, close to restaurants at the base. Great views from room. Get your own food cause they had all you need to cook. Sauna was nice and hot, heated pool was warm, had jacuzzi. Staff was friendly. Felt bad for staff because they were clearly making mistakes because they were under-employed. Almost all mistakes could be blamed on poor management. Breakfast had great selection but only of carbs. No eggs though, that's extra.
Negatives:
Overpriced for what your getting. (3k for 6 nights). Lack of staff led to repeated mistakes by overworked front desk. Pretty much ongoing complaints from guests could be heard from my room. Was supposed to organize a pickup from airport, they didn't. Was supposed to organize a taxi for pickup from property to restaurant: they called taxi late resulting in pickup being half hour late and almost missing my reservation. Randomly tried to charge $10 an hour for private sauna use until enough guests complained they made it free. Steam room never worked once. Jacuzzi was small and broken for over half my stay. When it was working it was lukewarm. Bed was ridiculously uncomfortable. They stuck to twins together to make a full, resulting in massive hump. Complaints made changed nothing except swapping one twin for another. Back was in pain by end of trip. Gym doesn't even have proper yoga mats. Gym essentially a stretching room plus a few cardio machines.
Overall: Overpriced.

La habitaciones son muy buenas. El entorno del hotal, el estado exterio de los edificios y los jardines, estaban descuidados. El paisaje muy bueno. Disfrutamos de la naturaleza en Villa Catedral, sin mucha gente y muy cerca de Bariloche.

Pésimo, no tiene buena atención. No hay agua caliente en los vestuarios. El desayuno no es suficiente el espacio en temporada media-baja. La atención es un desastre, pedimos usar los vestuarios para bañarnos el día que dejamos el hotel y se nos negó. Nunca estuve en un lugar tan malo y tan hostil, y para peor el precio es una locura en relación al servicio. Los cuartos no se hacen completos, los cubiertos no los lavan siguen ahí hasta que uno se va. Por favor no alojarse acá.
