This place needs a good cleaning. Elevator was dirty - looked like food on the carpet inside. We found our room very smelly - we stayed in it because we arrived in the late evening and there were no rooms we could move to. The next day the staff found us a better room - which we really appreciated. The breakfast foods were watered down and not very good. We felt with better cleaning and improved foods for breakfast this could be an acceptable place.

For the price and being only overnight this was an okay accommodation. Front desk clerk was friendly in spite of being yelled at by a large belligerent female. Hallway was not very clean and room was so-so. It was surprisingly quiet although there is a train track nearby.

Terrible! Our room reeked of cigarette smoke, we were in a non smoking room. There was trash around the bed—juice bottles, pop tart wrapper. Pizza crumbs under the nightstand. I told the man at the front desk, and all he said was, “Hmm. I can let a manager know next time I see them.” We got two rooms, and we were absolutely disgusted. 😑 0/10 Will not stay here again.

Never have i ever stayed in such a gross hotel. No excuse in the filth! The first room stunk so bad we enter n closed door n went got a different room. This room is gross but its to late to try find another hotel. Theres absolutely no excuse for the mattresses. A simple matress cover wpuld have covered that. Idk how to contact the health dept but i plan to find out. They put a simple 25% off the room, i honestly don't care about a discount. I care about cleanliness n feeling dirty when I left. The building smelled of cigarettes although site says nonsmoking. Im not usually a complainer but this is the worst hotel i gave ever stayed in. Also the elevator was not working! N we were on the 4th floor. I mean really? U could go down but not up! Health dept please look at this hotel!

The property is fairly clean and maintained, but the wifi is way too slow and flaky to do work, so keep that in mind before booking. The breakfast is pretty good. The staff is friendly, but the follow-through is lacking. I left some things in the room when I checked out. I came back later in the day before I left town to try to get them. The person at the desk said he didn't have access to housekeeping's lost and found and that he would check with them the next day, call me and then send my things back to me. Did I get that call? No, I did not. I think there are probably better places to stay in Villa Rica.
