Wir haben über FeWo direkt ein Apartment auf Teneriffa, Costa del Silencio für 121 Tage gebucht. Objekt-Nr. 10485507, Buchung HASHFKDB: Vermieterin dort Frau Gerda Bierenbeeck. Sehr freche Person, lässt sich auf keine Diskussion ein, sehr Kundenunfreundlich. Schon bei der Anreise (Übergabe) des Apartments reklamierten wir direkt bei Herrn Bierenbeeck, das wir hier in dem verdreckten, abgewohnten Apartment auf keinen Fall bleiben wollten. Antwort, "sie können ja wieder ausziehen, Geld bekommen sie nicht zurück" Wir waren gezwungen 121 Tage dort auszuhalten. Nach einem starken Regen stand das Apartment unter Wasser, wir konnten drei Tage nicht duschen, keine Waschmaschine laufen lassen, bis das Regenwasser sich im Kanal zurückgebildet hat. Das Doppelbett war 1,40 mtr breit, unmöglich für zwei Erwachsene Personen darauf zu schlafen. Alternative musste einer von uns auf der Ausziehcouch schlafen. Rücken kaputt, musste zum Arzt mir Spritzen geben lassen, da es keine gerade Liegefläche darauf gab. Wir versuchen jetzt über den gerichtlichen Weg ein Großteil von unserem Geld von FeWo direkt einzuklagen. Nie wieder FeWo direkt buchen, reine Katastrophe. Das Apartment hätte in diesem Zustand niemals vermietet werden dürfen. Bewertung verfasst von Franz Köhler
