Super tolle Lage, sehr schönes Zimmer. Frühstücksbuffet für spanische Verhältnisse überraschend top! Mit Koch für frische Eiergerichte! Speisekarte für Nachtessen zu klein, hier braucht es unbedingt mehr Auswahl! Wir haben den ersten Abend im Restaurant Emperador gegessen, aber danach gingen wir in die Stadt. Schade eigentlich. Auch war die Atmosphäre im Restaurant eher "frostig" so nach dem Motto man macht sein Business... aber es fehlte die Wärme und Freude beim Personal. Nach dem Nachtessen wollten wir noch an die Bar, da ja im Restaurant kein Kaffee serviert wurde, jedoch war die Bar vollkommen leer, worauf wir entschieden haben, den Kaffee im Zimmer zu geniessen. Insgesamt ein gutes Hotel, welches von seiner absolut genialen Lage lebt. Wir sind aber der Meinung, dass man hier viel mehr rausholen könnte. Der Enthusiasms fehlt, die Freude an der Arbeit! Die Fähigkeit die Gäste zu begeistern. Schade eigentlich, denn wir sind überzogen, dass viel mehr drin liegen würde! Trotz allem, sicherlich eines der besten Hotels in der gesamten Costa Blanca.

El cuarto de baño de la habitación que nos han adjudicado no corresponde con lo publicado en la página web, ni a un hotel de 5 estrellas. Nos indican que de las 14 habitaciones tipo romántica superior que dispone el Hotel, 12 están reformadas y otras 2, una la que nos ha tocado, no. Esto nos lo deberían de haber advertido en el momento de la reserva, cosa que no hicieron, pero sí cobraron.

Oh Wow what a fabulous hotel, my husband and I stayed 3 nights in a Romantic room with stunning Seaviews. It was my 60th birthday ,I've been wanting to stay here as I had heard such good things and it certainly lived up to it. The room was stunning and our balcony had 2 loungers and a table with 2 chairs. So was ideal for having a drink and sunbathing. The bathroom was perfect and a walk in shower that was powerful, nothing worse than when the shower is not good. Toweling dressing gowns and slippers also provided. The toiletries are fine, I always bring my own so didn't use apart from the hand-wash soap. We were very close to the Emperador Restaurant which we used for Breakfast and Dinner. The breakfast had so much choice, everything we ate was delicious. Dinner was was also good, I'm quite a fussy eater, I tried new things and really enjoyed what I ate. My husband said the steak he had was one of the best he's had.We used the spa and both had a relaxing massage each, which was fabulous. Also used the indoor pool I have mobility problems and I managed to get in and out of pool with no problem. So that was a definite bonus. The hotel is set on different levels and has lift access to different areas. Just wished it had direct lift access to the naturist beach as there were too many stairs for me. We used the other beach which does have direct access to via a lift. We have stayed in many hotels and honestly when you have mobility issues they just don't seem to get it that we need more than a ramp here and there. But the Montiboli for me was very good and I got around just fine. The hotel had a bottle of cava delivered to our room on my birthday which was a nice touch and very much appreciated. The staff that we met were all so nice and helpful. It was a very relaxing break away, with lots of fabulous memories made.Going to miss waking up to the views.

Excepcional hotel!!! Maravilloso en todos los sentidos: comida, habitación, instalaciones, personal del hotel, etc, y por si eso fuera poco, unas vistas increíbles, alucinantes!!! Destacar también que, desde el hotel se puede acceder directamente a 2 playas, una gozada!

We saw this hotel advertised on a hoarding, decided to call in for refreshments and a quick look around, this was idyllic, so tranquil, woukd definitely book fur a Special occasion, perfectly placed fir that quite getaway and to celebrate weddings, we had drinks and coffee on one on the terraces directly overlooking the pools and beaches (lift provided to the beaches) would definitely love to stay...prices are reasonable to. Thank you to Fran for the beverage service.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel! Unglaublich! Wir reisen viel und sind zufällig auf dieses Hotel gestoßen. Wir können es nur weiter empfehlen! Es liegt direkt am Meer und es ist in die Natur hineingewachsen.das Personal ist sehr freundlich, die Zimmer zum Meer, ein Traum. Die Gärtner wissen, was sie tun, die Vegetation einfach top!

Hotel de 5 estrellas, del que cabe esperar bastante más por la categoría que ostenta. La habitación no tiene enchufes a la vista para enchufar la cafetera de la que dispone, ni los requeridos para conectar los alimentadores de carga para dispositivos móviles. Tras dar muchas vueltas por la habitación, apareció UNO bajo la cómoda principal; además de descubrir una regleta atornillada con enchufes libres, en la parte posterior del mueble que contiene la mini neverita. O sea, que hay que ponerse a mover muebles, incluso mirar en la parte posterior de ellos como comento; nunca me ha ocurrido cosa parecida; ni en hoteles de inferior categoría. Por otra parte contratamos las noches con desayuno incluido, y media pensión (cena). El primer día comimos, por nuestra cuenta (nunca mejor dicho) en el restaurante EMPERADOR; en el que sirven los desayunos, comidas, y cenas del hotel. Restaurante de referencia que viene respaldado por ser de categoría gourmet. Conclusión; 101, 90€, dos personas, incluida media botellita de cava, IVA incluido (como debe de ser); incluyendo en la suma 2,50 € por cuatro rebanadas de pan, que no pides, y que te las cobran sí o sí, sin el menor miramiento teniendo en cuenta la cantidad que pagas, y sin tener el detalle de al menos dada la categoría de restaurante que se le supone, no lo sirvan como parte del servicio que deben prestar. Y la media pensión; la cena; costando 57€ por persona, no te ponen ni agua, a no ser que la pagues aparte; y estoy hablando de una media pensión de un hotel de 5 estrellas. Esta mezquindad en países europeos no ocurre; siempre te sirven al menos, una jarra con agua fría, a no ser pidas agua mineral, o cualquier otra bebida.

Came in for my birthday it’s a throwback from the 1970s manager and checking assist was great ! Exceptionally clean 10/10 waitress poor usual tricks serving the Spanish before the first person that was there which just happened to be English me !
