HORRIBLE STAY. The lady from the cafeteria was incredibly rude. She was constantly talking to us with a bad attitude, complaining and making it incredibly unconfortable to have breakfast. She forgot half of the things we had payed for and when asked, she just started complaining and blaming everything on us. simply terrible. Regarding the hotel, I forgot a shirt in the closet, and just an hour after my check out i realised and called the hotel so they could keep it for me. They denied having my shirt, and i have been calling everyday for the last 5 days asking for it and nothing. It is obvious that someone has kept it, which is incredibly frustrating. To resume: They are rude, liars and thieves.

El personal de recepción fue muy amable y el hotel está muy nuevo pero las habitaciones no están muy limpias. Loc cojines, cortinas y colcha tenían manchas, las sábanas tenían suciedad entre ellas y debajo de las mesillas también estaba sucio . Las habitaciones triples cuentan con literas y las sábanas no estaban puestas y tampoco hicieron esa cama cuando pasó el servicio de habitaciones.

Estuve allí dos días por un funeral. Iba a cancelar la reserva y llame para avisar. Me atendió una tal Yolanda Martínez. Ella aparentaba no enterarse de nada pero yo creo que hasta era la dueña del hotel. Me siento estafado, el lavabo estaba atascado desde el primer día, el aire acondicionado tampoco funcionaba y el frigorífico de la habitación no enfriaba. Un desastre. Error mio fue pagar al entrar al hotel porque no me quisieron abonar nada por la mala estancia que tuve. Tanto el servicio al cliente cómo las instalaciones pésimas. No voy a volver y recomiendo que no vaya nadie.

Great location close to the tram which makes it convenient for exploring. I visited El Campello, Benidorm and Alicante. It is a walk away from two small chocolate museums and the museum of Villajoysa. The hotel was very clean, the bed comfortable but I didn’t like the pillows. As it’s marketed as a hotel I would have appreciated coffee/tea making facilities in the room. Overall I was comfortable

Hotel muy muy justito , lo salva la ubicación y la minipiscina de la azotea. Lo de la cafetería es muy poco profesional a igual que la recepción. Una lastima que con la buena ubicación que tiene que el o los propietarios no se tomen más en serio este hotel.

Estupenda estancia, cama confortable con varias almohadas, muy limpio y moderno. Y el servicio excelente. La ubicación muy centricay también muy cercano a la playa. Rodeado de restaurantes, farmacia cerquita y gasolinera enfrente. 👌

La ubicación, cerca de la playa y las vistas desde la terraza de la 7ª planta.Hay parking de pago, zona azul, tuvimos suerte y aparcamos en la puerta. La habitación está bien, la cama cómoda. Dispone de minibar y caja fuerte, y soporte para dejar la maleta Buena relación precio-calidad. La atención de Pepe, muy amable y dispuesto en todo momento. Pudimos dejar las maletas y usar el jacuzzi y ducha de la terraza superior el dia que nos ibamos. Y como negativo, el desayuno, muy básico y escaso, de supermercado. El salón donde se sirve tampoco ayuda mucho..... A pesar de ser un hotel de playa no tiene terraza, la ropa de baño no se seca. La televisión no se ve bien.

La camarera de la cafetería una estúpida y mal educada, además de coger mal la comanda. Desde el principio nos puso mala cara, sin ganas de trabajar a las siete de la tarde. No recomendable para pasar una buena tarde.

Si quieres un hotel sin TV. este es el tuyo!! Todo el fin de semana sin TV y nos dicen que el problema es del pueblo entero. Pues en la Cafetería de al lado nadie sabe nada d pr oblemas Con la TV. El desayuno con bollería industrial y mermeladas d Mercadona pésimo. El precio de la Habitación el fin de semana 270 e Bien cobrado! Para esos precios hay que dar otros servicios
