The staff was very accommodating and respectful. They provided whatever was asked for . The overall stay was wonderful with beautiful and spacious rooms and variety of eateries in breakfast. We stayed for 2 days and in that we never faced any problem for anything.

A budget-friendly hotel for a short ski week-end. Simple but correct rooms, spacious and newly renovated, very calm and centrally located. Great breakfast with many options, I have loved their fluffy butter croissants. Many thanks to Oriana for a charming and guest-oriented service!

The hotel has very nice terraces in common areas and rooms. My room was small as it was single but the cleanliness and furniture are excellent. The room is very comfortable and designed for the needs of the mountain traveler. I loved the terrace of the room! Excellent dinner and breakfast.

Very bad surprise. Well decorated reception but nothing behind this bluff effect! Friendly service but lacking in professionalism. Information given regarding paid or included services available is not accurate. This plunges the customer into confusion as to the options available between the group's hotels located in Villard sur Ollon. Superior room - spacious, beautiful mountain view. The quality of the bedding is not at the level of a 4-star hotel. Sufficient pillows but hard and uncomfortable. Summer duvet even though we are in December! Quality breakfast buffet but minimal service non-existent. 100% self-service in a 4-star hotel. The price of the rooms is too high for a 4 star which is not worth more than 3. Very disappointing stay!

The Victoria Hotel is top-notch. The staff was always smiling and incredibly helpful. The rooms are well-appointed and the upper floors have porches with stunning views. The Italian restaurant on the bottom floor is excellent. I cannot recommend it enough. The location is very convenient to the adventures that await in the mountains.

Nice discovery of a well renovated hotel, our room was large and pleasant with a beautiful balcony. Special mention for the solar panels as balustrades. The walls of the hotel will teach you a lot about Switzerland. The breakfast buffet is well stocked and you will probably find what you are looking for. The staff is very friendly and Sébastien, the operations director, listens to his customers with great care.
