MM28x63pug****We stayed in guesthouses all the way from Haikou, and this one seemed to be the best deal. The apartment felt like it was more than 120 square meters, with two bathrooms for convenience. Cars could drive right up to the building, and it was a two-unit-per-floor layout. There were a few restaurants and supermarkets nearby, not many, but enough. Alternatively, there were plenty of places to eat near the duty-free shop. Driving was very convenient; you could drive around the back of the complex to reach the beach, or exit the highway and walk to the beach. The beach wasn't crowded, which was nice, perfect for sand digging, and it was clean. The kitchen was fully equipped, suitable for cooking simple breakfasts for the kids. The host was very nice.

GGuest UserThe villa offers excellent privacy and a beautiful environment, perfect for a vacation. Our butler, Xiao Zhao, was warm, attentive, and provided meticulous service. The room was spotlessly clean, making for a comfortable and pleasant stay. I will definitely prioritize booking here again for future trips. The pool attendant, Zhou Ping, also provided excellent service and kept the pool very clean.

ССтепан ХлопенковIn fact, these are apartments in a closed area of 5-story 2-3 entrance houses. The area is 20-30 minutes away from the sea on foot. There is no sidewalk along the highway, you need to walk along the grass to the next area - that's where the path begins. By taxi 10-15 yuan to the beach. Or bus 349 for 2 yuan. 15 minutes up the road there is a bus station with buses to Dodonghai and the train station.
There is no hotel counter as such. Upon arrival, we called the taxi driver by phone. Somehow I did not take into account that it was necessary to contact in advance.
On the first day, the owner drove around the area, showed everything, where to eat by the sea, where the mountain park is, where to eat in the village at the entrance to the park, where the shops are.
Also, the owner always helped with questions via WeChat and told how to get where. He walked us to the taxi.
The area itself is amazing. Tropical forest and bush. The paths are swept, the area is generally well-kept. In the center there is a swimming pool with a children's section and three sun loungers. One section of the pool is dry. Since the Chinese in this area are not particularly fond of water procedures, the pool was entirely ours. Right there in the Central building there is a shop with fruits, vegetables and instant noodles. In the morning they cook noodles right there.
Now the room. The entrance is moderately uncleaned. For some reason there is an old mattress outside the door. Inside the room is spacious. A large living room combined with a kitchen, a large balcony with blooming palm trees, a small bedroom with a large bed. The bed linen is good, clean. There is a washing machine, a frying pan, a saucepan, plates, a refrigerator. Washing powder, shower gel and detergent were there.
But the repair and furniture, plumbing are old, with traces of history. Under the bed and nightstands have not been washed. The shower stall also has a touch of history. Great huge bathtub, but with dangling plumbing. Apparently we had to do the cleaning ourselves. Mop available. Somewhere there were non-working lamps, streaks and peeling paint on the ceiling, dirty windows, tiles broken in places.
Toilet paper was brought. The soap ran out - we bought it ourselves.
Dear owner, please do not be offended by an honest review. It's not that someone is used to five-star hotels. The right expectations of guests form the right impression of the stay. I have no doubt that the room was worth the money. But guests should understand what to expect. A general cleaning would be very welcome.

LLimWe had a great stay overall!
While the location was a bit far out (understandable given how big China is), it offered easy access to several popular attractions. The area felt very safe and secure—there was a security guard who verified us at all times, which added peace of mind, although it did mean a bit of a wait before we could enter the villa.
The service was excellent. 符业啟was incredibly helpful and responsive. We had a few requests during our stay—fixing a light, adjusting the bed, cleaning the floor, and getting more water—and all were settled almost immediately.
The amenities were decent. The swimming pool was usable, and the rooms were large and spacious, though slightly worn in some areas.
Cleanliness was okay overall. The place was bug-free with no strange smells, and the beds were clean and comfortable. The only minor downside was that the floor was a bit sandy at first, but the cleaners came promptly to tidy it up.

MM515941****Service: Excellent! I booked the room in the evening, and the butler immediately contacted me to set up a private chat group, ensuring a great check-in experience. During my stay, the service was warm, thoughtful, and communicative. A special shout-out to Xiao Chen who turned on the AC and lights in our room before we arrived in the evening – that was fantastic, walking into a cool room was a huge relief!
Cleanliness: A high-end residential complex with impeccable environmental hygiene, and the room's cleanliness was very satisfying.
Facilities: The bedding was top-notch, providing peace of mind and comfort, truly making for a very comfortable sleep.

GGuest UserFirst time visiting Sanya and all I wanted was a hotel where I could just relax. I did a lot of research and read countless hotel reviews before my trip, so I actually didn't have high expectations, but this place genuinely exceeded them! The only issues I could think of were having to cross a road to get to the beach, spotting a gecko in the room, an outdated hairdryer, the 'afternoon tea for dad' included in the package was a bit simple, and breakfast wasn't particularly outstanding. Also, the air conditioning wasn't very powerful, and the fridge wasn't very cold. But besides all that, everything else was excellent! The staff were very responsive, the bed was huge, the hotel was beautiful, the room was clean, and the pool was also quite clean. The room offered great privacy, and you could hear birds chirping (not too loudly), making time feel like it slowed down. I will definitely be back to stay here again! On a final note, don't listen to Trip.com's promotions; **[hotel name/website]** allows for room upgrades, but Trip.com doesn't. Giving a negative review to Trip.com, I won't be booking through them again.

GGuest UserI originally booked a garden-view room, but the front desk upgraded me to an 85-square-meter supreme sea-view room for less than 300 a night – incredible value for money! While the facilities aren't brand new, the room was spotless, the bedding comfortable, and the bathroom very well-kept. The highlight is definitely the sea view! Being on a high floor, there's nothing obstructing the panoramic view of the ocean and palm trees right when you wake up. The pool and lawn downstairs are also gorgeous. The value is unbeatable; I'll definitely choose this place again next time! 👍
