Although the hotel made a slight mistake with my booking, the hotel manager and staff resolved the issue very quickly. The hotel environment is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the food quality is high. It offers great value for money and is highly recommended.

房子位置比較安靜，附近沒有便利店辦理，非常不方便，已經提前網上提供護照，還要到民宿再視頻辦理。服務也不好，沒有提前一天提供入住消息，要主動通過攜程客服聯繫才發入住訊息，體驗感不好，但是民宿有真温泉，這是非常好，就是温泉池的瓷片比較鋒利。

This hotel didn’t have 24hours front desk services , nevertheless travelers can easily reach out by free call services if needed assistance when you arrived. Is about 5-10mins walk from Hakone-Yumoto station. Turn left right after you exit from station , across the road whereby tourists information office and bus stations . Walk across a red bridge right after walking down from stairs station , turn left after crossing bridge ,walk few more mins and you will be able to reach the hotel .
