Residence le Bouganville

Very nice residence convenient to the sea, kind and friendly staff, apartments a little dated but nice, swimming pool and excellent location, internal parking space, and sun loungers included, convenient to the town even with a 1.5 km walk

Welcoming, precise and helpful staff, they make you feel pampered in everything; intimate structure with all comforts; 2 steps from the sea with private equipped beach. I recommend you to have dinner not only for the very beautiful situation by the pool but also because they cook really well and the quality of the dishes is noticeable!

Bad experience with the beach service. Forced to pay everything in advance (€160) For serious personal reasons I had to cancel two days before and they offered me a €80 voucher to use next year. I'm here on holiday and they can't force me to come back for €80. I asked to convert the €160 towards catering but I was denied. I believe that when you work with an audience and are asked for a pleasure (for serious reasons) you should put your hand on your heart and REFUND. You made a terrible impression. You don't treat customers like that, sorry.

La struttura a primo impatto si presenta bene, ben curata negli spazi comuni, bella la piscina e buono il servizio ristorante, la posizione è ottima a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Ahimè però gli appartamenti sono inadeguati al prezzo che si paga, veramente troppo vecchi e malandati, materasso scomodo ci hanno dato una camera piccola che una volta posizionato il lettino del bimbo si doveva scegliere se aprire l'armadio o la porta perché non si passava più; la cassetta del wc era senza coperchio e faceva un ****** assurdo, per non parlare del climatizzatore al quale penso non vengano mai puliti i filtri... non c'è forno, ne microonde, ne una tovaglia in dotazione, pulizia discutibile.

Residence not adequate for value for money... old without any comfort such as microwave, washing machine, dishwasher or oven in the house. We stayed for two weeks with my family of 5 people, 2 adults and 3 children... it is not a residence for families with small children... dirty despite the cleaning done three times in 2 weeks we basically paid €30 per day for cleaning for 3 days to change towels and sheets and clean the bathroom... the dust and the floors, if cleaned with the broom, were immediately dirty... it would need to be renovated, the doors and walls should be whitewashed, not to mention that I found the towels dirty from rimmel (I don't wear make-up)! ! A washing machine located at the entrance of the residence used by the housekeepers for the rags therefore with a strong odor and I had to wash our clothes... if a service is indicated it must be such... in the end at checkout we found ourselves €70 more in the bill than they were taken away from us but almost in a suspicious way (we spent around €6000 for 2 weeks we wouldn't have missed it for €70!!!)…

Calm and attentive staff. The accommodations are spacious and well equipped. Close to Simius beach and the city center (accessible on foot). This hotel benefits from an ideal location, parking in the residence is also a great asset. Not to mention Sandro’s cocktails 😁. We will come back, that's for sure.
