Residence Fenicia

Vue magnifique voir splendide , chambre très bien , nous avions loué une voiture pour nous déplacer plus facilement. La piscine n’était pas encore chauffée mais nous avons pu nous y baigner car pas trop frileux et le beau temps était avec nous. Restaurants , supermarché à proximité et magnifiques plages pour de belles balades à 5 min. Repos ++ et ambiance calme et familiale. Nous nous sommes bien reposés. Deuxième fois dans cette résidence et nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Et quel magnifique jardin !! Merci

Che dire posto molto bello, staff gentile e ottima posizione, ottimo servizio navetta e servizio in spiaggia. L unica pecca è stata la colazione...bisognava dare l' orario per trovare pronta la colazione ( aspettando cmq almeno 20 Min, a volte anche 40 Min prima che te la servissero ) e bisognava scegliere il giorno prima cosa voler mangiare ( senza torte, non a buffet, solo due tipi di succo di frutta a disposizione e se sei vegetariano o bevi latte normale o di soia ( e se hai problemi alla tiroide non puoi berlo ) Sono rimasta un po' delusa dalla colazione perché quando si è in vacanza si vuol essere liberi di decidere a che ora fare colazione (decidendo in base all orario che ti svegli) e cosa mangiare. Questa rigidità non mi è piaciuta

Struttura molto bella, vicina alla spiaggia e collegata alla stessa per il tramite di un servizio navetta, con pulmino elettrico aperto (una sorta di golf car da otto posti), che passa continuamente, senza attese. Il panorama degli appartamenti dalle camere è strepitoso. Ogni camera ha un terrazzino un giardinetto vista mare attrezzato con stendibiancheria, tavolo e sedie. Molto curate le aree comuni e tutto pulitissimo. La piscina e la vasca idromassaggio riscaldata vista mare sono molto suggestive. Peccato solo che non ci siano ombrelloni, ma solo lettini. Il personale è molto gentile e competente. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato la possibilità lasciata a tutti gli ospiti di godere del servizio spiaggia anche il giorno del check out, con possibilità di cambiarsi e fare la doccia calda in residence prima di partire. Suggerirei, però, di organizzare la colazione a buffet, anziché con prenotazione il giorno prima; mi sentirei parimenti di suggerire di far trovare agli ospiti appena arrivati una bottiglietta d’acqua nel frigorifero delle stanze e di cambiare gli asciugamani ogni 2 giorni anziché ogni tre: sono piccole accortezze che da una struttura come il Fenicia ci si aspetta, considerando il prezzo che si paga. Abbiamo trovato il materasso un po’ troppo duro: forse mettere un topper farebbe la differenza. Sono comunque dettagli che non hanno variato la nostra valutazione e che ci consentono di consigliare vivamente questa struttura.

Excellent location a few minutes from the sea, reachable with the shuttle made available by the residence. Well-kept beach with sunbeds, palm-leaf umbrellas and shower available. Shallow and crystalline sea for many meters. We stayed in studio flat 29B surrounded by a lush vine plant (in our opinion the best accommodation in the residence) with a breathtaking view and a huge terrace where you can have lunch/dinner and hang out. Inside the apartment you will find everything you need (linens and beach towels / dish kit with sponge, kitchen cloth and detergent) Kitchen well stocked with dishes and pots. Beautifully maintained residence! Excellent cleaning! Large swimming pool + whirlpool overlooking the sea, cleaned every morning The staff is always with a smile and extremely helpful! On the last day we left the room at 10:00 but we still stopped at the beach, then for lunch in the residence bar and in the afternoon at the pool! A huge shower is available for those who have left the room and want to settle down before leaving. Shaded parking for cars A few minutes from the center of Villasimius. The only reason I didn't give full marks is that the hob could do with something new and the boiler in the bathroom was quite noisy! But they are only small precautions that do not take anything away from the splendid stay! We hope to return soon

We stayed 5 nights at the Residence Fenicia, overall it went well, but there are certainly some things to improve. What we noticed, however, was the extreme availability and kindness of Lisa who always did everything to help us with a smile at our every request. Unfortunately the room that we took at the beginning had problems with the gas water heater and also the impregnating agent had recently been given to protect all the wooden furniture, even with the windows open you could not stay, I must say that I just raised the problem They immediately changed our room to 27B. The rooms are very clean and have very comfortable beds, the only thing is that the furniture is a little dated and the kitchenette could definitely do with some tidying up too. Considering that we were at the beginning of the season, something for cooking was missing in the room, but Lisa promptly remedied it immediately. The last day there was no water but after a while it came back so nothing serious. the studio apartment where we stayed, but I think the others as well, was connected to another adjacent studio apartment via a wooden door, which obviously remains closed, but if both rooms were occupied I fear that privacy would be lost a bit. As for the beach, it is written on the site that it is private but we were told that direct access to the sea has been closed, so to go to the beach you can no longer go by the path as before.

Die Appartments sind zweckmäßig und sauber mit einem herrlichen Blick aufs Meer. Auch der Pool liegt sehr schön. WLAN tiptop inzwischen. Jederzeit wieder. Nähe zu Villasimius mit vielen Supermärkten. Unser Appartment war bereits um 11h bereit.

I stayed in August for 10 days with my family. I absolutely recommend it for its convenient location, 5 minutes from Villasimius, but at the same time very quiet. Our apartment had a great view and was equipped with everything we needed as well as very clean. Very kind staff, nice pool and top beach!

Residence immersed in luxuriant Mediterranean vegetation, made up of one or two-storey terraced houses with a very green and well-kept garden, very soft grass, patio with drying rack and table with chairs overlooking the sea framed by palm trees and flowering oleander plants: beautiful, Caribbean context. If you go to the residence's website and see the video from the drone, you will realize exactly what you will find once there. The apartment in residence formula is simply furnished but quite spacious and equipped with everything (nespresso coffee machine, kitchen, fridge/frezer, hairdryer, air conditioning, satellite TV, wifi). The place is very quiet and relaxing, about 1500 meters from the center of Villasimius and 200 meters from the beach of Simius, reserved with 1 umbrella + 2 sunbeds per apartment. A 30na of palm umbrellas (beautiful and suggestive) in the final part of the beach of Simius: nothing to envy to the beaches of Havana. Wonderful sea, very white sand raked and tidied up every morning by the lifeguard, some days it was tinged with pink due to the coral dust carried by the currents. Enchanting, the most beautiful point of Villasimius according to myself. In the residence there is a beautiful swimming pool with sunbeds and sofas with an extraordinary panoramic view of the sea. There is a bar that offers breakfast and cold dishes, the only flaw is that since there is no restaurant nearby, it is essential to have a car. I would advise the Residence to make bicycles available to guests, even for hire. really a Plus. However highly recommended, I will certainly go back
