Hôtel qui correspond parfaitement aux descriptifs et aux attentes. Personnel très gentil et bienveillant.

Bit overpriced because of the rugby but it was really close to the stadium so felt it was worth it in the end. The guy on reception was fantastic, really helpful, and pleasant. We had a nice big room, breakfast not overpriced, great little bar, couldn’t fault it.

Quiet and pleasant hotel.. The Receptionist Yves was kind to us.. he was able to inform us and reassure us with the snow present in Lille this week... Thanks again to Yves from me and my team.

Completely renovated, very pleasant hotel! Beautiful, clean rooms that have good bedding. Friendly staff and always attentive. Paid parking with almost direct access to the hotel. I highly recommend!

The reception team is very pleasant. The hotel has been modernized with a relaxation area installed. The rooms have been renovated and modernized. The bedding is comfortable. The stay was once again very pleasant.

The welcome given on arrival is great. The receptionist is smiling. The rooms are clean and tastefully renovated. The pattern of the floor, however, is special. I will come back with pleasure! The only downside is the GPS which takes us to a gate at the back of the building...

A large recent tower placed between the stadium and the commercial area with a view of major roads on all sides, that didn't make me dream! But beyond the door, the reception area is rather cozy. The receptionists are all smiling, pleasant and generous with advice and explanations. During my 3-night stay they always tried to respond as best as possible to my requests, and this also applies to the housekeeping, night and breakfast staff. Everyone is charming and it’s definitely worth remembering. Bedroom-wise, it’s neither oversized nor overloaded with decorations or details. A tablet in the bathroom, a wardrobe, a tea/coffee welcome kit, a kettle or even a chair in the room would have been welcome but it is clean and neat. A BIG downside, however, is the heating-air conditioning system which is difficult to use and emits a pronounced humming sound continuously even when it is turned off. No luck, I had forgotten my earplugs and reception doesn't have any. My first night was sleepless despite the receptionist's explanations. The next day I was given a new room, with a less noisy system (malfunction on the first) but still annoying for sleeping. It seems essential to me to give customers the opportunity to turn off this blower! It's a shame because the room is rather well soundproofed from outside noise; no toilet flushing noises, few slamming doors and for the roads it's light. Regarding breakfast, it is simple and efficient, and the small room is rather comfortable. A little question however: why suggest to customers to leave the towels on the hook to keep them for another day if it is to change them anyway?

Great welcome despite the very late hour! After midnight... We were in trouble following a reservation error and Mohammed, the hotel caretaker, welcomed us for the night. I highly recommend for the hospitality and the breakfast is excellent! 👌

Pleasant, practical and functional hotel for business trips. Clean and well-equipped room, comfortable bedding, functional bathroom. The decor is modern, standardized and pleasant. Good, hearty and varied breakfast. The staff is courteous and helpful, welcoming with a smile and professional. Very good value for money, very good in this category.

Deplorable welcome! I asked before check-in to have my travel bag held, which was categorically refused!! So I went to the hotel next door (Tulip Inn) which accepted without problems... I would never set foot in this b&b again which inflates its prices for no reason (far from the center and without a match planned) and on top of that very standard quality (€120 per night without breakfast...) to forget!

Passing through for a night on the weekend road, this hotel met our expectations: clean, well-equipped and quiet room (no events so few customers). I highly recommend for a short stay. Possibility of parking under the hotel.

For football fans I think that the location and proximity to the large Lille stadium, these esplanades, motorway access etc..... it's great. Regarding the hotel, it is a 7-story tower of modern construction, 50 m from the stadium. Underground parking 9.5 euro per 24 hours Very simplistic room with relative cleanliness, shower room with cramped toilet, breakfast 8.5 euro, not diverse enough, too small for the whole hotel, it leaves something to be desired...... . Room for 2, breakfast included, 24-hour parking for 101 euros.
