The hotel is just less than 10 mins walk from the Villeneuve train station. Staff are friendly and polite. When I arrived in the hotel, I was made to pay for the room again despite the fact that I had paid already via Trip.com. Dont know what happened. Need to contact the customer service to solve the double payment. Reception closes by 9 pm.
