I'm a frequent visitor of B&B Hotels and don't expect much of the accommodation. But this particular outlet may boast only their location (7 min walk to the sea, lots of shops and McDonald's nearby) and the receptionist, who was really nice. Apart from that it's worse than many other hotels of this chain. Room was suuuper tiny. There's literally no space to open your suitcase. Super tiny plastic bathroom. The bed was made poorly (see the pic). And my main question is to the housekeeping who tried to barge into the room at about 8:30 am. The only thing that stopped them was an open suitcase on the way. They were back at about 10am slamming the door and claiming that the check out time was 11am (though for B&B Hotels chain is normally the noon). These intrusions didn't add fun to the stay.

The call centre person ewan do not know proper English and he is a big ***** after calling me many times he was not able to give me proper my reservation details but another guy after 30 minutes mr Samuel found my booking and gave a the address to walk easily to the hotel .

The hotel is just less than 10 mins walk from the Villeneuve train station. Staff are friendly and polite. When I arrived in the hotel, I was made to pay for the room again despite the fact that I had paid already via Trip.com. Dont know what happened. Need to contact the customer service to solve the double payment. Reception closes by 9 pm.

The location is very convenient, with a supermarket and McDonald's nearby. Parking at the hotel is convenient and safe; the parking lot entrance requires a password for check-in, but self-service check-in is available.

Unbearably hot in the room. The air conditioning worked for a minute and stopped for an hour. Suffocating. One of the worst stays at this hotel. The hotel hallway was warm, but the room was unbearably hot. No one was there to change our room when we arrived, which was a real disappointment.
