Beautiful hotel, breakfast & bar service was brilliant. Reception was friendly & helpful.
Only negative, the room was not cleaned & made up until early evening.

My stay was lovely. The friendly staff, clean comfottable rooms , exellent breakfast and location . This was my second time at Narutis
hotel, defenetly not the last one. I can honestly recomend this hotel.

The location is in the middle of the old town but the building needs some renovations

The room was lovely, the receptionist could not have been more helpful - I don’t know your name but you sorted out our transfer to Riga.

Absolutely delightful hotel with the best location, helpful & friendly staff, fabulous breakfast, tasteful furnishings & very comfortable beds. My only worry was the shower over the bath. If you are concerned about accessibility of bathrooms, check first if your room is ok. Otherwise, I 100% recommend this lovely hotel.

El Hotel está muy auténtico y cómodo, la sala de desayuno es del siglo 16, muchas plantas, decoraciones y luz. Nos encantó la estancia y personal fue muy amable resolviendo todas las dudas. Specialmente gracias a la chica de la recepción Ieva que ha hecho la estancia en hotel muy agradable.
Volveremos sin duda!
