Check in was a breeze and was greeted by Justas, who has an amazing smile and was really helpful, showing me Vilnius map and saying hi every time we meet. Such service surpass many of the 5 star hotels I’ve stayed in. Room was clean and has: shower gel, shampoo, hair conditioner, hand soap, body lotion, cotton pad, kettle, cups, mini fridge, normal Europe plugs and usb A and C chargers, TV, nice pillows (4 in total), towels. There’s no bathrobes, WiFi sometimes drops off during peak hours but one is not supposed to be staying in the comfortable room but should be out exploring. Love this hotel and will stay here again if I’m in Vilnius.

The hotel is located in the very city center, it is pretty new, rooms are clean - overall very nice stay.

Very great experience. Location is great for me as it is near the bus station and train station, also a quick 20 min walk to major attractions. Room is very spacious and very clean, looks quite new as well. Receptionist is very polite. Would definitely come again if I am around.

One of the best hotels in Vilnius. Close to the station, delicious breakfast, comfortable bed, polite staff. I would only add the presence of disposable slippers in the room.

The hotel is generally OK. It is convenient to walk to the attractions in the old town. There is a small shop opposite the hotel, which is convenient for buying water and snacks.

This hotel is my favorite hotel in the three Baltic countries New enough, big enough and convenient enough New: It seems to have opened in 2023 Large: I forgot how square it is, but it’s more than enough to fit four 29-inch suitcases. Convenience: Very convenient to get to the old city The only drawback is that there is no shower curtain But I found that it seems that many Western countries don’t have it 😂 In fact, the toilet is a bathtub But I’m not very used to using a bathtub🤣🤣🤣

If I had only one word to describe this hotel, it would be: stylish! From the entrance, the reception, the lobby, the breakfast room (with a glass roof!), the hotel restaurant, the staircase and the rooms: everything is coordinated with a lot of turquoise as the basic tone, metal, wood, and: funny figures in the flower boxes 🙂. Very appealing, you immediately feel at home. The people who work here also contribute to this (special thanks to Lukas from reception! 🙂 and the ladies and gentlemen from the breakfast service were on the ball and very attentive and nice). The breakfast (in a great atmosphere) was completely sufficient for me (but I'm not a big eater in the morning anyway). I had a room in the inner courtyard (with a view of the glass roof of the breakfast room) - I've never slept so peacefully in a hotel. Which was probably also due to the very comfortable bed. The only thing that could be improved is the bathroom: the glass partition on the bathtub is definitely too small - I had to dry the bathroom after every shower; perhaps that is also a reason why it wasn't cleaned every day, even though my "Clean up" sign was hanging outside. The cleaning staff may think that the guest has to clean the bathroom after showering anyway, so I can save myself the trouble... 😂 But that really should be the only criticism of this gem of a hotel. The rest - as already described - is simply great! Others have already written enough about the location and facilities, I have nothing to add to that.
