Es un excelente lugar . Muy centrico . Cerca de la plaza de viña del terminal de buses y reloj de flores. Habitaciones muy limpias asi cono tambien la cama y ropa de esta. Lo recomiendo 100 % Y los gatitos anfitriones que tienen son lo mejor.

This is not a good place to stay if you have a heavy bag or any issues in your legs or foot. You must go up stairs to reception. No elevator no parking !! They took our money and run…

Escogí este hotel por que contaban con estacionamiento, al llegar nos damos cuenta que solo cuentan con dos espacios no disponibles y estos están calle viana. Por otro lado me cambiaron la habitación de la reserva, esta olía a cigarro. No cuentan con agua caliente para la ducha, nos indican que funcionan con un termo. Si este se acaba con el uso de otro huésped, quedas sin agua caliente para la ducha. Incluí desayuno y este fue pésimo. La fruta estaba en malas condiciones, y no era nada de como lo ofrecían. Afuera al ser centro, no hay forma de estacionarse cerca y esta lleno de *********** afuera. Lamento dejar esta opinión. Pero no volvería a reservar acá. No lo recomiendo.

This is a really basic hotel. You cannot expect anymore than a bed and a shower. It is cheap: you have to live with that.
