Hotel ideal para descansar en pareja, disfrute de todas las instalaciones y sin duda es hermoso hotel y sus áreas verdes. El SPA recomendable 100%, excelente atención y circuito de aguas muy bien mantenido, promociones bastante buenas. En general un buen hotel para descansar y relación precio-calidad muy bien.

El lugar es maravilloso, algo alejado, lo que genera un ambiente tranquilo y silencioso, pero aún así está muy cerca de las playas en auto. La cama era maravillosa, exquisita y suave. La atención en general de todos es muy buena. El desayuno muy rico y variado. El spa es espectacular, el circuito del agua fue estupendo y los masajes 10/10.

Tremenda experiencia. Muy recomendado . La ubicación privilegiada, cerca de la playa pero en un bosque, algo poco común en la zona. Buenísimo el desayuno , y la atención. Check in/ out rápidos, y muy limpio todo . Aplaudos al personal y espero volver!!

vinimos en familia ; tuvimos quizas mala suerte porque llovio mucho andavamos con niños pero nos vamos con sensacion que es hotel mas parejero que familiar, no hay nada que puedan hacer niños Ademas permiten perros y no lo dicen cuando reservas

Dos cosas a mejorar, primero, te hacen isncribir en un horario de desayuno que tiene cierta franja, llegamos en ella 5 minutos despues de comenzada la franja y no habia mesas disponibles, era esperar hasta que se dignara alguien a seder su puesto o nada, fue lo ultimo.
Segundo, y peor, al momento de querer reversar la garantia de la tarjeta, perdi 45 minutos que podria haber estado en cualquier parte menos en la recepción

Siempre hay un pero en los hoteles, pero este me sorprendió todo muy genial, la habitación es hermosa, la cama muy cómoda al igual que las almohadas, no se escucha nada de otras habitaciones o del Exterior excepto en los pasillos si es que pasa alguien y grita o se ríen, la piscina climatizada una maravilla, el Desayuno fue Perfecto todo lo que había muy rico y el personal siempre preocupados de que estes comod@ en tu estadía , muchas gracias, definitivamente volvería

Excelente iría muchas veces, visuales hermosas y contacto con la naturaleza, muy buena atención, desayunos de primera, habitaciones amplias y limpias, minibosque privado hermoso, excelente ubicación un poco apartado lo cual propicia la relajación pero cerca de la playa de Reñaca y de Viña del Mar lo cual hace fácil llegar desde el hotel.
