We booked for 3 nights, we had 4 hours of travel. When we got there the nightmare began. Despite making the reservation with trip, their policy is to ask for all payment details again or a €100 deposit. To my surprise, I asked them to please let me see the hotel policy, since this practice seemed strange to me, because we had already provided all the details previously and even paid in advance. Surprise, there was nowhere to read said policy. Faced with my refusal to give such sensitive data again, they kept us waiting for 45 minutes. After the terrible manners of the girl at reception (blonde, blue eyes). Without being able to speak to a manager, without being able to rest after the trip and without the possibility of writing a complaint since the sheets were not “available” (supposedly in another hotel). I have spent the last 3 days looking for alternatives to this terrible place. The room… the bathroom with dead bugs in the shower. The hotel pool under construction, which prevented any attempt at relaxation. (Drill, etc.), documenting in disbelief everything that happened. The food, far from being acceptable for a “4 star” hotel, gave us food poisoning one night and we had to go to a health centre, asking for the corresponding report. After asking to speak to management, they only deigned to appear on the last day at check out and, to my surprise, exclusively to blame us for their poor management and justify everything mentioned above. Shameful treatment, shameful management and terrible holidays.
We have contacted them to get a solution to the nightmare we have just experienced.
The only good thing about this hotel is the cook on the grill who is incredibly helpful and pleasant. The head waiter at the restaurant who works tirelessly to get all the work done and always with a smile.
