Magical, smiling staff and very caring for the customer.
Very nice room, clean Very well equipped. Flute of champagne on arrival, small candies pffert in the room and again a delicate attention on departure. The spa is very good, clean, swimming pool, sauna, hammam and possibility of doing treatments. The restaurant, what to say, exceptional, refined , surprising, a real delight. Magical stay.

I picked this hotel based on American Express Travel recommendations. We were very pleased with the stay. I selected a deluxe terrace room, which was very spacious, modern and comfortable. The hotel is very quiet overnight. Staff has been friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a dip in the pool, which is very clean and relaxing. The location is perfect for visiting Epernay, Reims, and the smaller Champaign villages. Parking is plentiful and easy. We dined for lunch and dinner and dinner and both were outstanding.

We were looking for a positive experience to break up a long journey from Switzerland back to the UK back in December 2023, and loved our stay at this wonderful hotel so much that we returned again Dec 2024, and were not disappointed. Friendly staff, first-rate service, and a welcome that makes us feel immediately at home. Pool is open until 11pm, the family room is a gift for tired families, and we hope to make it an annual trip! Bravo the Briqueterie team!

Nous sommes revenus pour la quatrième fois. L’hôtel a été rénové en 2024. L’accueil a été extraordinaire par un bagagiste que nous connaissions déjà . Nous avons eu la chance de visiter l’établissement. C’est toujours très agréable de revoir des employés connus. Le concierge est une personne très sympathique, disponible et aussi connue. Par contre Notre chambre était très difficile à chauffer et les toilettes sentaient les égouts
