The views are amazing. Beach boardwalk and great restaurants nearby. Will book again if I’m town.

Floor extremely dirty not mopped, put towels outside door and stayed in hallway my whole stay, staff not friendly

Luxury vibes! Spent my birthday here and it was everything and more!

My family and I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was marred by bed bugs. Despite bringing this issue to the attention of the management, the response was unsatisfactory. While they offered to reimburse us for the room, they refused to compensate for the damage caused to our clothes and luggage. The presence of bed bugs not only affected our stay but also led to discomfort, inconvenience and going to urgent care for treatment. It's disappointing that the hotel did not take more proactive measures to resolve this issue promptly and comprehensively. While the location and amenities of the hotel were satisfactory, the incident with the bed bugs overshadowed our entire visit. Future guests should be aware of this potential issue and consider it before booking.

The bed in the bedroom was practically on the floor, the mattress was cheep

When we arrived, it wasn't made clear that there were not amenities on the property. It wasn't until the 2nd day that someone bothered to tell us there was no coffee or restaurant available and it wasn't clear per the advertising. Additionally, there were adjacent rooms that were extremely noisy and when we brought this to the staff attention, they dismissed it saying it wasn't quiet hours. Lastly, our water never got hot in the room and not one person every came to clean. When this was brought the the attention of the staff, no one ever came and checked on the water temperature. We will not be returning here.

I had a nice time staying one night at the Hilton Vacation Club Oceanaire Virginia Beach. The hotel was in a convenient location and easy to get to. The parking was easy and safe. I'll be back!
