Don't be fooled by the outer appearance. The room interiors were new and upgraded. The staff was accommodating and pleasent to work with, and they guided us with near activities, etc.

The hotel was amazing. Clean, location, customer service was great! Everything about this reservation was great! I would definitely comeback here for my next stay in Va beach. Keep up the cleanliness and great customer service, I know you will have many more happy customers.

On-site property manager Brian, and front desk staff Josa are truly beautiful, kind, and caring people ♥️ My service animal and I felt very comfortable and safe throughout our week long stay here. The staff was genuinely accommodating, inclusive, friendly, approachable and helpful. Overall my stay was very welcoming, relaxing and enjoyable 😊

Even though the outside looks dated and still has the name of the old hotel - the room was perfect . Very clean and new. We'll stay again and highly recommend. My only suggestion would be adding a mirror over the desk . No complaints here It's a 5.

Excellent friendly staff at check in. After a day of travel it's nice to check into our well appointed room. Super super comfortable mattress. I don't think I've ever slept so well in my life. Had a good Continental breakfast. 5's across the board for everything!

This place is affordable and very clean. Bed nice shower amazing. Everyone here is so nice thank you for the experience. Location is across from the beach I actually to see the ocean view with my curtains open. Super amazing experience thank you again

When arriving to our room it smelled like ramen noodles, my fiance said that's what bug spray smells like. The shower was dripping and was covered in limescale. The moment we set our stuff on the beds after using the restrooms, a cockroach ran across the head boards on the beds. We called the front desk to let them know and was asked if we wanted them to spray the room or get a new one. We instantly booked a separate hotel, when we got to the front desk to tell them we were not staying the two nights we booked because we felt uncomfortable staying in the room with the cockroach, they tried to say it was a "water bug" and that its house keepings fault that they leave the door open when they clean. I have pictures and it is most definitely a cockroach. They informed me that I would have to call ******* to get my refund, even though my card was charged with the hotel for both nights. I called ******* and they informed me that the hotel would give me my refund. I called the hotel back and the woman at the front desk was definitely not as polite as she was in person when I told her that I needed them to refund my money, she then told me after that they do not do refunds. So I called *******, again. They told me that they are to refund my money and they sent them an email about it. I gave it about 45 minutes before calling the hotel back and said that ******* said that they are to refund my card, again not very friendly tone informed me that I was to call the manager in the morning because she could not do the refund. The manager I spoke to was much more polite and I received my refund. Needless to say for almost $700 for two nights, I was not happy especially after driving 9 hours to stay.

Josa and the staff were so nice. Great stay for the price and a Great location with good amenities.
