Stayed at an amazing hotel two doors down that is under Wyndham so I knew the brand was good for extending our stay. Walked into the lobby and the line was long and most people had complaints like towels for example. When I saw the workers at the desk i wanted a refund instantly but i gave them a chance to prove me wrong. The room was horrible and needed repairs, peeling and patch work. I took lysol wipes that had a rough side and used them to clean the fabric in chairs, stains on walls, phone, faucets, random surfaces and everything turned colors. Shower had a handicap sprinkler with limited motion, toilet handle was loose and get this, the A/C cover was off like a tech ran out of time and it didn't work. No room service so you have to request towels before a certain time, but if you leave items behind the non existent room service throw your stuff away or send it off to another country. I called same day and immediately was fed crow about my stuff, placed on hold and no call back. No integrity. They cant get away with this and inspectors need to shut them down. You get what you pay for but Wyndham should sue them and force their name off of that this run down horror show. They can't keep a cleaning staff there for a reason. Fish Tails is equally crappy
