We chose this property on our road trip to Hyderabad. The hotel has ample parking space and after the swift check in experience assisted by Chiranjib we were shown to our room. Unfortunately the views out of the window was not something to write about - we looked out into an apartment and the power plant of the hotel. The dinner buffet started on time and Santu helped us to a comfortable table nook. They have a good selection of items even if the spread is a bit thin on local cuisine. I suppose that is driven by the needs of the other guests. The rooms are clean and well maintained. I still do not understand how the “see through the glass” concept works in an en-suite, especially one with twin beds. A few electrical outlets do show the lack of care in alignment of panel faces and closing out the panel gaps. The section of the carpet near the side panel with the electric kettle runs wet. All said it was a good overnight stay with restful sleep and helped on get on with our journey.

Great property with excellent services and very helpful staff. My elderly parents stayed at the hotel. It a modern construction with spacious rooms. The food is excellent with a large breakfast spread with a variety of options. The staff was very helpful specially Mr. Chiranjib Karmakar. Not only did he make the visit at the hotel comfortable but also guided my parents on navigating the city.

Nov 25-27 was my second stay at Fourpoint…it is always very pleasant to stay here…especially all the staff at restaurant is very professional & kind …be ..at breakfast , lunch , dinner they are always very kind and proactive … Best services always Keep it up 💐💐

Room is spacious and clean.Staff are very cooperative.I feel House keeping and room service staff are less and not adequate .Immediate response is not there.Food quality is good and staff are very cooperative.Not providing Newspaper in room.
