The hotel was really good, from cleanliness to behaviour of the staff were excellent. Their restaurant also had a great vibe with very delicious food. The hotel is also located at the city centre for which it's easy to travel anywhere within 15-30min like simachalam took 30min, kailashgiri 20min, beach is 8-10min, cmr mall 10min and soo on. I would recommend this to everyone who is wondering where to stay in vizag.

Hotel's location was at the heart of the city yet it was a calm place. Room service was available each day, food served was great, behaviour of each of the staffs where excellent, overall a good experience.

Hotel denied to provide services committed in our booking voucher
the hotel did not provide a washing machine and made a charge for laundry services. Staff made rude behaviour

breakfast is regularly cold. Room cleaning is also too poor
complimentary tea coffee milk pouch provides only 2 per day. Feel embarrassed. Not good behavior of staff
