Appartamento piccolo ma carino e pulito. Ci sono poche stoviglie.Quindi tutto sommato l'appartamento è come da aspettative. Il problema è la gestione. La sera prima di arrivare ci avvisano via whatsup che l'appartamento è al 2 piano e l'ascensore è rotto ma essendo un self checkin al nostro arrivo non c'è nessuno...aggiungo che mio marito ha un problema alla gamba ee cammina con le stampelle. Il gg dopo trovo la ragazza che gestisce l'albergo e alla mia lamentela sull'avvisarmi prima per l'ascensore, mi risponde scocciata "ma io non posso prevederlo" ..peccato che poi vengo a sapere che è rotto da mesi. La sera prima della partenza, chiedo se il gg dopo qualcuno può gentilmente aiutarmi a portare giù le valigie, visto che sono pesanti e siamo al 2^ piano...mi risponde "se riusciamo ad arrivare". Questa mattina non vedendo nessuno, chiamo e mi dice che lei è a fare la spesa e che non c'è nessuno che mi può aiutare e devo attendere eventialmente dopo le 16 ma devo lasciare la stanza alle 10.30 xche devono pulirla...alla mia insistenza, mi chiude il telefono in faccia, richiamo altre 2 volte e non mi risponde. Assurdo!!!!!

Che bel posto! Trovato per puro caso, ma bella scoperta da tenere in considerazione! A parte la camera veramente sopra la media con ingresso su piccolo soggiorno, primo bagno grande, camera da letto ed un secondo bagno in camera! Oltre a due balconcini. Tutto lo stabile si presenta in ottimo stato, pulito e piacevole. Come le camere. Personale decisamente super gentile! Peccato manchi la colazione, ma sembra stiano lavorando anche su questo aspetto! Molto bene!

Prenotato a settembre 2023 per periodo dal 23 al 26 dicembre,mandato acconto come da loro richiesta..da inizio dicembre provo a contattare struttura per indicare orario di arrivo..numero fisso inattivo, Cell non risponde ,e mail tornata indietro per indirizzo inesistente,mandato qualcuno in loco a controllare e la struttura è inattiva!!!
